From New York Daily News:

Moviegoers might not be able to watch "The Interview" in theaters, but fans can still see its most controversial scene.

A scene depicting the death of Kim Jong Un has leaked online after Sony announced it was pulling the comedy, starring Seth Rogen and James Franco, from theatrical release.

Click the above link to see the movie scene that North Korea tried to prevent us from seeing.

Grow up N Korea! It's just a comedy. Yes maybe it's tasteless but come on now. And way to cave Sony! Why isn't our government stepping in and PROTECTING our nation? That is their job.
Should we have threatened the makers of Death of a President? We didn't and it won awards.

Last I looked, Sony was Japanese, let their government worry about it. As for death of a president, too bad that was only imagination.

I couldn't get it to play op but heard was a hilarious movie...

They seemed to confirm it was N Korea ... oh but wish Sony would have talked to us first before deciding not to show the movie ...
and thought it made us look bad by not showing it and caving to N Korea ...

my goodness your damn if you do ... your damned if you don't ... no. 1 when they decided to not show they had no idea where the threat came from least not for certain then ... 2. if it was shown at all theaters where other movies where shown also ... that could have put a lot more in danger ...

an the theaters do not make a lot from the movies when shown ... and I am sure did not have that kind of insurance or could make those insurances if something did happen ...
but know one thing ...this was a first whether it be N Korea or not... an as far as I am concerned... better safe then sorry ...

this is a brand new age for this kind of terrorism ... on the owners of the movie industries... or have a real good plan for the nxt time they decide to hack pc and threaten theaters ... to be able to go ahead with ...

or does the Government want to take full responsibility for the theaters that play these movies and the movie co. that owns them nxt time like the banks and car co bail outs and compensation for those hurt ... if there is a nxt time ... an hopefully there will not be ... an the actor that plays Kim is a cool actor and way better looking then Kim toolaugh

Protect our country from the bad guys typing vague threats? Teabaggers post death threats every day of the week in Yahoo Message Boards. How should we stop North Korean hackers from typing vague threats?

You should be very concerned by the tea parties million man army and their nuclear weapon capabilities.. I wouldn't be worried about the communist dictatorship that wants less government and lower taxes..

The tea party might see your writing and sentence you to 10 years hard labour in one of their gulags.. you should be very careful..

Austin Petersen

Dear Pacifists and Dictator Lovers: It doesn't matter if Sony is a Japanese company because the terrorist threats were made at theatres here in the United States.

Threatening a terrorist attack is a violation of the non-aggression principle and one that, to me, should be retaliated against with force. Now, I've proposed a free market solution, crowdsourcing the assassination of Kim Jong Un using mercenaries. What do you suggest be done to someone who points a gun at you?

This is why I argue that many people who call themselves libertarians are really just pacifists and that the NAP is a cover for a lack of a willingness to engage in self defense, national or individual. Don't embody the neocon accusation that non-intervention is really and truly isolationism, cowardice, and appeasement.

The 1st mistake was believing anyone in charge inside the motion picture industry in Cali has a brain to begin with.

They support this POTUS while making racial slurs and innuendos behind his back, then their news media slams the right for abuses they (the left) are exposed doing themselves...... and of course there is never any proof of the charges they make against the right, so when they are caught themselves it's either old news or "nothing to see here".....

As the POTUS would say...... "Not a smidgen of corruption"....

and they both do it, the right and the left.....

It's the people who have been dumbed down enough to accept it as business as usual, shrug, and move on.

The most likely truth of the matter is it was all a created distraction to take away from the presidents new Cuban policy, his re-authorization of the Patriot Act, or some other abuse of our rights or screw up he intends to make while away in Hawaii for the holidays

Ah, Austin Peterson, a confirmed statist of the highest degree. His capping remark would be from the mission statement from his magizine:

"The Libertarian Republic is a free market news magazine featuring the writing of prominent libertarians, conservatives, independents and sometimes democrats."

And it does matter that it is a Japanese company because it a Japanese problem that needs to be resolved by the Japanese government, not these united States.

As to the theaters, who cares, most are unarmed zones that one would be crazy to attend anyway. Did Aurora teach anything? Retract that, of course not, this is the land of the sheeple all lining up for the slaughter. Mutton stew anyone?

As to the rest of his statement, pure bull. What he really wants is:

"The Freedom Report podcast today takes on the news that Sony Pictures and major theatre chains have caved to demands made by hackers and decided not to show the Seth Rogen and James Franco film The Interview. Despite the news that the film would not appear in theatres, footage of the scene which depicts the death of Kim Jong Un appeared online, and sparked a firestorm debate over free speech, liberty and security. It also got us to wondering: when will someone actually kill Kim Jong Un?

Celebrities took to Twitter to complain over the film’s cancellation. Today’s show will read some of these outraged tweets from stars such as Rob Lowe, Jimmy Kimmel, Judd Apatow and Michael Moore. Bill Maher gets credit for the title of this piece, calling America a #PussyNation. Is that the case? Or do theatre owners have to look after their own economic self interest?

Finally, if you have been enjoying the Freedom Report podcast this year, please do us a favor and tip us some Bitcoin on the right side of this site. Or, if you prefer to give Federal Reserve notes, you can donate them here at this link..."

But hey everything is ok, just send some Bitcoin or maybe even some fiat pieces of paper.
