Absolutely! Look at all the divorced couples who still manage to raise their kids together.

I absolutely believe they can be great parents although they may not make a great date for someone.

Don't see why not I have seen some that are a great date and a lousy parent.. I tend to back off from them... Those that have a balance are the ones to find...

I don't think it comes to whether they are a lousy person to date. If there is no connection then its lousy but if there is a connection its great.
