Honesty is the best policy and "cheaters never win" are among the best known sayings of all times, but are they true?
Does honesty really pay off? And if it does, Why there are so many liars, hypocrites and two faced people in the world?
Why is it that liars get ahead in life while honesty holds you back?
Why does it seem like dishonest people get ahead in life?

there is no point lying especially in a place like this as you eventually get found out. lying in general i lie to the tv licence people every month when i have to pay for it lol

You would think they would be true. I believe we live in an evil world so I think that's why liars and cheaters get ahead. It's just like that saying nice guys finish last. I didn't believe that at first but it's true. You would think being nice would be beneficial but it's not. It seems like when you're nice, people take advantage of you. I guess that's just the type of world we live in.

I think so, how can some PPL go thru life bs every one, sooner or later there lives come falling down, some PPL do lie there azzes off on here (catfish), and thay will never truely be happy in life, if you truely love someone you will never lie to them, no matter how much the truth hurts, JMHO

I think honesty is a great concept .

To the point of, sending a pic of my drivers license to any lady/woman/human female, who expresses an interest in a face to face with me.

1. It proves I am who I say I am.
2. It gives chance for a background check... Basically, shows I don't have one.

Hopefully, the ladies won't hold a moving violation against me.

Sadly, the thing I've noticed, especially about the interwebz, is that those clamoring the loudest for honesty, are those least likely to give it.

Either that, or they're just information collectors.

I don't know some people thrive off of hurting others. Lies and deceit is never the way to go. It only makes thing worse. To me any way.

people can do awful, awful things to others for self-interest, and still be downright self-righteous about it... ...hypocrites...

I believe it is easier to be honest and upfront.
Takes too many notebooks to keep track of the lies

I want a woman that doesn't make me have to lie. Finding that is dealing with a real woman.
