Arpaio’s interview with Pareja was nearly 30 minutes long, however it has been shortened so that you can see the most important part, where he threatens Obama with arrest.

After first explaining that he’s already beyond figuring out whether or not Obama is guilty of forging the document, Arpaio explained that the focus of his investigation has pivoted to finding out who within the Hawaiian government was an accomplice in the matter.

“Nobody wants to touch it,” he said. “But I’m still trying to find out who was behind it.”

The sheriff told Pareja that nobody seems to care about the forged document and they seem to be turning their heads to the matter.

“It’s a felony! I’m locking people up every day for forged documents that are here illegally,” he said referring to Obama not being a legal citizen of America.

When asked if he’s still pursuing the case against Obama and his cohorts, Arpaio had very few, but very powerful words.

“It’s in the works. Don’t be fooled by it’s over.”

Would you like to see Obama arrested for forging the very documents that even allowed him to be president? Let us know with a comment!

That would be so awesome!

that would be awesome, but sadly it will never happen, dictator obombya will have arpaio killed or silenced before he would discover or reveal anything. we all know barry's a crook and we have known it for a while, but nothing ever happens. politicians are above the law nowadays, hate to say it but its true.

Enjoy your delusions.

If there really WAS anything to any of this idiocy, the Republicans would have looooooong ago used it to push him out of office.

Look at it this way: the GOP spent MILLIONS of our tax dollars, and years of investigation JUST to formally accuse Clinton of getting a BJ and lying about it. They tried to force him out of office for what they were doing in the cloakrooms downtown all the time themselves, and they STILL pretend that they were right to do so.

If there was ANY reality behind this crap, do you really think they would just accept it?

**BIRTHER ALERT**

Something still regurgitating from 2014 that this sheriff has nothing better to do with his spare time; I'd suggest >>>
'AN ALIEN WATCH PARTY MEETING'

The good sheriff might attract a crowd of people to join him in his endeavor and they could

All NIGHT LONG...

For the record, i dont like the current potus, at all.

However, given certain federal laws, the sheriff,
may find himself behind bars, if he makes such an attempt.

For the record - non of the prior potus have been our 'SUPREME LEADERS' IMHO {not sense Washington} but the utter disrespect of the position leaves much to be desired when our local - yokels seem to think they can behave in such a way when they are often appointed by their city council who are elected by due process!

But this 'local yokel' like many that get media attention for their bravado; have little substance and a whole lot of 3.2 alcohol behind their thinking! LOL

That, and the u.s. supreme court has already held
hearings on the citizenship of the current potus.
No court in the land can over rule them.
Who would hear the case?

Sound Point that; and why would a tax payer allow the 'Chief Of Police' to waste time with such a moot point anyway --- I'd imagine that this 'BADGE' might be looking for a career move...unless he's related {as they often are} to someone at the Mayors office! LOL drinker

No.
I would like to see him arrested for far more numerous perfidies.

I really don't think Arpaio would do anything if Obama came to Maricopa county.

He's dealing with other things at the moment.

Also, Arpaio going after Obama for lying or forging a past is really the pot calling the kettle black.

The infamous six-time elected sheriff Joe Arpaio has already been found guilty of racial profiling. He’s shown a surprising aptitude for not understanding the very law he upholds. And now the Arizona lawman has admitted to secretly investigating the family of the judge overseeing his own contempt-of-court hearing. surprised

The man has seen his share of controversy. There is, literally, an entire Wikipedia page dedicated to “Controversies related to Joe Arpaio.” The sheriff, who must surely have idolized Yosemite Sam above all others as a role model, has had his prisons, not once, but twice deemed unconstitutional for their inhumane conditions. The Justice Department filed a suit against him for maintaining the worst pattern of racial profiling in US history. And he’s thrown his ten-gallon hat into the ring with the birther movement, insisting, beyond all evidence to the contrary, that President Obama forged his birth certificate.

rofl OMG --- his consistent re-elections certainly went straight to his power hungry methods of 'DUE PROCESS' within that county!!! And now he's got his very own Wikipedia sight too!!! WOW - he's certifiable for a jacket - a straitjacket! winking

Arpaio did not stop, and during his contempt-of-court hearing, he claimed that was because he didn't understand the injunction.

"It's hurt me, after 55 years, to be in this position," he said, according to local KTAR News, using the classic "I'm old, I'm confused" argument.
oops Maybe you should have 'RETIRED' then! Just say'n...

The good sheriff is 82 yrs old..... like he cares what people think

He was found with a trunk full of pot and they still re-elected him in AZ. Why? Too many reasons to list, but the 1st would be because he don't take shite and he defends the Constitution and enforces it to a "T"!

Say what you will about him. He'll die at that job..... even if he lives to be 100

i agree soul, although i dont agree with arpaio on some issues and i think hes a bit of a hard a$$. he definitely does not give a crap what people think about him and he does believe strongly in the constitution, something that seems to be a rarity nowadays. im no expert on the sheriff but from what ive seen or heard of him he can be pretty arrogant but hes also stern on his beliefs, and i respect that.

I lived in Phoenix for 8 yrs. No matter how big an azz he is everyone there votes for him but criminals and illegals!

The enemy you know........ but they still pack their guns on the streets

He also has over 1000 retired deputies at his beck and call..... all volunteers..... like his own private army. Why the bureaucrats won't enforce in AZ
