I must admit I have never focused much on how I look. I comb my hair, brush my teeth, and wear clean clothes. That's about it. I could be way off base but I have focused on other aspects of my life. that's why men need women  just all in good fun, moe...

To make them buy new socks when their toes stick out old ones?
To make them buy new underwear when the elastic is so shot they fall to floor unless his jeans hold them up? to tell him why his couch and color of his walls and curtains don't match? To make him buy new dish towels because the old ones are see thru? To look at bottom drawers of his refrigerator and ask him if he is conducting a.science experiment in there?

In my experience in life is that there are some men and some women that don't care what they look like. Neither takes care of themselves.
The men in my life whether they are friends or past BF's, have always cared about what they look like.. I also have known more men that work out to keep in shape than women. So I have no clue where this comes from. |

You don't look as good (at my age) without caring about your looks. Yup....I'm a vain SOB!

I believe the answers you get to this question would depend on where you are doing interviewing for instance walking into a gym or a 5k marathon sign up or a bicicle shop might getcha different answers then the all you can eat buffet or asking the regulars at sloppy's smalltown redneck tavern or guy owns the tobacco discount store Did someone say Regular????
