Yeah probably that may be a reason but she want to undergo breast enlargement surgery Just to increase attractiveness of her body.

why women prefers large breast? Why it is so important to enlarge breast. Because they're like cats. When you startle them they run into walls. They need the padding. Bigger boobs are cheaper than helmets in the long run.

Im a DD cup size so I've never had that thought, but I think some women do it to feel more sexy and attractive, and like Annie said if she's really flat chested to feel more womanly and feminine.

I would have immediately countered with " well, your have a nice A**...nothing wrong there. Seems like a fast track to the sack... why ask why.. just go with it.

Why it is so important to enlarge breast. ever think of asking them ? i know a couple people who did one was cause they wanted to other 2 was to get more action other one was so she could let people play with her boobs , she said it was great cause she says " can you tell these are real or fake? " i know my x g.f. wanted breast enhancement but she said that is cause mine where bigger then hers <shrug> i never seen them so couldnt tell ya

Even the thought of something foriegn inserted in my flesh and being cut open is too much. I can understand if you are flat chested why you would, but after seeing a beautiful family member who really is a 9/10 get it done, I have decided it is a confidence issue.
