Where and when do you get your best ideas? For me it's going to the park early in the morning and sitting quietly by the water.

Early afternoon I think. I'm not a morning person, I never get up early either. Somewhere around 2 pm is when I'm at my best for creative stuff.

For me it's going to the park early in the morning and sitting quietly by the water. Oh. Physical location and specific time. Any time, really, and any place.

My thought process on this question was that most of us have a time of day or place we go where we can clear our minds and our best ideas come to us. Or could be a situation....some people come up with their best ideas working under pressure or in the middle of the night when they suddenly wake up. Just food for thought and something different

Best ideas for what? I get story ideas by working on "seed" inspirations. I get poetry ideas from everything from stream of consciousness, to hearing a fun sounding word, to street signs. I do a lot of my best thinking, while I'm driving around for work. Something about the zombie mode everyone goes in to while commuting, seems to allow ideas to flow.

I usually get my best ideas a little too late... microwave.. that was my idea Microwave popcorn me as well.. Computers yep all me.. Flying cars..hey wait a minute I might be onto something..lol

Great ideas come to me when Im most relaxed I think , especially when Im at the beach or at the park , at any time of the day really, but if Im home, the best ideas come at night in my room, on the weekend :)

I usually get ideas in the weirdest places. For instance, an idea can come to me while I am standing in the checkout line, and it is like an epiphany and then I yell like I have turrets and scare the hell out of everyone.
