Hi
|

|
if i buy sth and feel happy about it, and only if i come across the same brand at the next shopping, i get that one. if not, i buy the first one i see. i am not a person picky about brands.
with clothing there are brands i like if you ask how much effort i put to buy them? none. if i go in a shop, and if that brand is already there, i go for that one if not. i will even not remember it and get the 1st thing i like. it may even be a non-brand thing. |

with the mascara i always go for Loreal as i am happy with it, easy to find and trying a new one is risky.

i just remembered..
at school times.. at secondary and high school. how cruel the children were when someone didnt wear lewis jeans or loft or any well known brand but a simple one. |

toothpaste = aquafresh
soap = irish spring dish soap = sunlight laundry soap = gain clothing = tommy hilfiger sneakers = sketchers mayo = hellmans olive oil = bertolli I used to go for anything bargain.. then I realized not ALL products in any given category are made to taste the same.. now I go by what I enjoy the most (and what's most comfortable or has the best quality, imo) I guess that means I'm branded! |

This sure hits home tonight. I use to buy a lot of things by brand because I had to get in/get out/and get home before the sitter went into overtime. I couldn't afford to buy something and end up throwing it in the trash so if I knew a brand even a generic store brand got the Job done I bought it. Now on a fixed income with yet another rent increase today I will find one more thing to delete from my list. You find there are a lot of things you can live without. Things that you miss setimes Somrtes but you get past it and rise above. |

Only brand I stick to is coffee. The rest I don't really care that much.
Oh, and bread. I'm particularly fussy when it comes to bread. |

I just saw a Bud Light commercial with a bunch of 30-40ish corporate types dancing around to Ice-T "Colors. My eyes! I've been Branded.
Then I thought, wait that's probably age appropriate. Dang! |
