Half a kilo of minced beef One medium onion finely chopped Half a clove of finely chopped garlic One good quality beef stock cube A pinch of dried mixed herbs Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Mix well and shape into balls Brown in a hot frying pan and sit in a casserole dish, pour over paseta and loosely cover the casserole dish with foil. Place in a hot oven and cook for 25/30 minutes.
