What's the quickest way to solve a heartbreak?

Unmitigated terror, then a long talk with your mom, get drunk, spending time with close friends, overeating, medical crisis, then buy a new convertible.

Works every time.

A quick way??
Don't kniw of any. Curiously my solution has been different each time.
On one of them i wanted to rip everyone's head off. So i put that to work in my garden. Yanked weeds. Broke up roots myself with pickaxe. Imagined each swing was doing him damage.
Digging holes deep enough to plant small trees and rosebushes.
I worked with a vengeance.
Now i have a beautiful garden to show for it.
Another time i was in college. I vecame a hermit and immersed myself in my studies to just not think about it. I ended up graduating with honors as a result.

Wish you hope and healing

If you can solve it quickly, it wasn't really a heartbreak. It was maybe a boo-boo on your ego or something. Maybe indigestion.

But anything really worth hurting about, will cost you time thinking, time working, time crying, and time healing.

Be GLAD it's hard. That means it was real.

For me it was faking it until I made it. Some of the worst pains I might have to force myself, sometimes for years but I just coasted until I could pull it together. I am not a fan of the out of the skillet into the fire concept because I have seen too many repeat the same misery.

Grow a pair, feeling sorry for yourself doesn't help, this much I know.

You could try duct tape. Although it hurts like the dickens when you take it off....as does any quick, fast way to get over a broken heart. Time and dealing with what's going on inside you would be a better solution.

What's the quickest way to solve a heartbreak?

Perhaps not the quickest but effective:

Examine yourself with honesty while removing the delusions you have built concerning the relationship.
It takes two to make a relationship and two to break it.

Once you know yourself honestly, you can accept reality and live in the moment without reservation or expectation.

Allow others to be themselves just as you wish others to allow you to be you.

Understand that you can't make someone else feel anything, feelings are completely personal in nature and everyone is different. The best you can hope for is to mutually feel similarly about things.

Know and understand yourself.

Better to take some time out and be single for awhile doing what you want to do, a sport, a hobby, just keeping yourself busy, move on with your life don't live in the past.
