Looks like harvey weinstein may actually have to face justice, as well. the NYC cops took a long time to build the case, as they should have. Usually when they do that it is pretty much air tight. He is going to have to answer for his actions, as he should. And see jail time for the walrus. He is going to have a tough time of it at Rikers Island until his final prison is picked... a very tough time. |

I wonder how many days he will be in prison before some hard core " old weird Harold will try to put a fat Albert in his mush mouth. Start spreading that jello ! Never going to happen. IF (and that's a very big if) he goes to jail, with the kind of money he still has, (they could take his awards, they couldn't touch his bank accounts.) Anyone that screws with him, is going to be a bloody mess in the prison yard. If you ever saw the movie Goodfellas, that's the kind of life he would be living behind bars. Cooler full of steaks, hot plate to cook them on, case of scotch in the corner. Anything can be bought and paid for a if you have enough money. |

And in that case if convicted he will spend a considerable amount of time at Riker Island until a bed get freed up in whatever upstate prison they dictate There are inmates at Rikers who have been there over a year waiting for transfer to upstate prison. And trust me, there are no coolers full of steak and lobster tails at Rikers for people with money. He will be hurt just for prison status. Look the place up...its hell on earth. If he was facing federal charges I would agree with you... not local.. totally different incarceration systems... different type prisoners too.. He has a very tough road ahead of him. |

Well that may be if he actually make it to a prison. As far as I can see he is being charged by the state of New York. Not the federal government. And trust me, there are no coolers full of steak and lobster tails at Rikers for people with money. He will be hurt just for prison status. Look the place up...its hell on earth. If he was facing federal charges I would agree with you... not local.. totally different incarceration systems... different type prisoners too.. He has a very tough road ahead of him. He made bail before the cops finished the paperwork.  He won't see a day at Riker's. He'll have post-conviction bail pending appeal, just like Cosby. |

These women agreed to meet him and be alone with him. and it reports many consented to taking the drug. which led to my original post. since they met him and were alone with him, seems they might have already been willing to be intimate with him. which leads to another question: if they had intentions of being intimate with him, and they consented taking the drug, it must be the condition of not having control of their body that led to this case against Cosby? because it seems, if they were willing to be alone and consenting to take the drug [you would think some knew sex might be a part of this combination]. and yes, Cosby is guilty, but i think some women were going to be intimate with him already with/without the drug. |
