Knowing - Nicolas Cage.
Had seen it before, but forgotten the ending is quite shitty in a way. One could regard it as beautiful but I don't like it hihi. But the movie is good for sure!

Now there's a movie you definitely want to skip and quickly move on!
I skipped most of it, I wanted to see what they were up against. I skipped all the rest.

If nothing changes I'll end up watching horror movies too grumble I don't like those movies, they scare me and many are way too violent and gory for me to handle.
But hotdangit... there's only so many times you can regurgitate movies! I'm reaching the point where I can write the entire effing script, verbatim.

Sunshine
About the sun dying and with that Earth freezing. The movie follows a team that was sent up in Icarus 2 to re-ignite the sun so the planet can continue on.
All kinds of things happen when they decide to go off course to see what happened to Icarus 1 when they encounter that vessel.
Turns out not to be a smart move.

It started out okay, but when it had finished I had to use Google to find out what the hell actually had been going on as I didn't get it at all anymore.
If you need to do that I think it's safe to say a movie is crap.

Star Trek (2009)

Star Trek: Into Darkness

And now kinda sad there isn't any more Star Trek to watch :(
Why they stopped making them...??
-First you read it's Chris Pine wanting more money and they not wanting to pay that.
-Then you read it's other stuff, like not getting clear who should write it.
-Or you read that the profit of the last one wasn't high enough so it's not feasible.
Really? how can over half a billion not be feasible?
-Then it's because all the stars have moved to other franchises and ppl now see them as these other characters.

And then you read that recently Chris Pine said he'd want to do another one...

Why don't they cut the crap and just make another Star Trek movie?!

Would You Rather..

"Iris (Brittany Snow) and seven other desperate people become trapped in Shepard's (Jeffrey Combs) mansion. Shepard forces them to play a sadistic game for a large sum of money -- but the dilemmas become increasingly deadly."

A 2.8 stars...was ok.. not frightful enough to throw my popcorn all over the place.

Ending was a bit disappointing. But such is life..

I watched that, it's Losing Isaiah btw.
In a way it's a good movie, but also rattles my cage as I can't stand that black people always have to play the colour-card when it suits their interest.
The whole court case, which was big part of the movie, was ridiculous as it was all about 'he's black, you are white'.
Irritated the hell out of me.

Watched this with the GF. Its a chick flick but had some decent manly moments.
My GF recommends it.

Well, its a fantasy tale but good production values. Rescue the princess and slay the troll.

Another fantasy tale with slightly less quality production values. Escape from a magical dimension. Has a fairy in it.

Typical Scott Adkins shoot em up / beat em up with decent acting. Mario vanPeebles is showing his age. Kill a bunch of cartel people & save his son.

Its watchable but geared to young adults. Special powered 2 born royals have special powers and high tech gear, end up trying to save her sister's queen coronation from the dastardly super villians.

On deck for tonight. Based on Van Damme's movie Sudden Death. With Michael Jai White as lead, should be pretty good.

On deck for tonight, my neighbor told me its really good.

On deck for tonight. Young adult treasure quest with a nemisis.

On deck for tonight. Kids trapped in a bus with a monster outside.
I love monster movies unless the monster looks like a guy wearing a shaggy rug - lol.

On deck for tonight. Virus escapes from a lab, people die. remind you of anything?

On deck for tonight. A horror/thriller based on social media and delusions.

Oops Losing Isaiah! :joy:

It was Great !

I totally disagree with you Crystal!

There wasn't anything Wrong about it.

It was sentimental and love by both mom's, black and white!

You have different taste that's fine.
