Stl, you are in luck. I have a coupon for subway.

I think E2W thinks I'm easy.

She may have a point. Do chips and a soda go with that offer, my dear?

My single girlfriend and I were talking the other night. While she's rather bitter towards men, her comment was, that "a girl wants a man that will buy her nice things and take her places".. At my age, I think I agree.

I have to admit that would be better than the guys who are having financial problems and only want to cuddle. At my age most people are traveling and enjoying life (if they can afford it). I dated a guy who took me out almost every day back in 2012. He would also buy me small gifts. It was nice. That is better than the guy who wanted to hang out on my sofa and eat up all my food.

as opposed to you hanging on his arm waiting for him to spend all his money on you.

i see your point.

I ike a generous man, because I am generous Woman. Also I was spoiled by two ex's who were hard working men ! So I can't be too comfortable with a man who don't spend. A cheap O. I can go to free parks, concerts and other events sometimes but that gets Old for dating.

I met super nice man, where I work at lunch few months ago and finally doing a few get-togethers. Unfortunately he cannot afford much and I don't think I want to hang on. ohwell

At least. I am trying.. Don't think it will be long-term.

Today, I went on a motorcycle ride date. It was very nice. He also took me to lunch. The date lasted about 5 hours. He was a gentleman and bought me sunscreen. It's nice that he made an effort. I had a ton of guys trying to hang out on my sofa (probably wanting to get in my bed?). I'm sick of the want to come over guys. I'm sick of hearing how are you?, in hopes of a sit at home date. So boring....

I Know there are gentlemen out there. And it's nice when you can spend time with one.

The only thing I find unnecessary and illogical about discussions like this, is how some people appear to feel it's necessary to declare people who don't fit their desired parameters, to be bad people.

Some people have tastes that require lots of money and some don't. Some people have lots of money and some don't. There's no call for the people without money to declare that the ones who want it are "shallow," or "gold-diggers," and there's no call for the ones who require a mate with money to declare that the ones who can't afford their tastes, are somehow not honorable gentlemen or ladies.

I think you are right for the most part. Except for some guys don't really want to date at all. I was talking to a guy I went to school with. He had his kids 3 weekends in a row. He was always wanting me to cuddle with him but never asked me out. The day my son asked me if I wanted to go to the flea market is the day I stopped talking to the guy. The flea market is free. But I went with my son because the guy who I was trying to see never bothered asking me to do anything. I think that is where women feel a guy who takes you out is a gentleman. As soon as the weekend was over the guy started back with the come and cuddle text. I've never even been to his house.

Today a guy who has been messaging me for a couple of days says I wish you were here on the sofa with me so I could tickle you. I'm a 46 year old woman. I don't like being tickled. But it was tickling he was after anyway. He just wanted sex without the cost of taking a woman out. The women who are going for that crap are crazy. They should let those losers sit home alone.

My single girlfriend is in fact a 56 year old mother of 5.. Baby daddy's all took off long ago and she's lived in poverty doing her best to raise them kids without much help from the dead-beat dad(s)...
She ain't shallow.. she knows what she wants..

In planning an upcoming winter get-away that he's going to pay for, ... I will certainly pitch in for activities and food, here and there.. Paying for things makes a man feel proud in his ability to be supportive. If ya got it ya don't mind spending it.. it just irks if ya don't have the funds.. just sayin.

Sex shouldn't happen until after several dates and they have become a couple in a committed relationship.
