Have you spoken on the phone or in person with someone from mingle .. friend.. lover.. or otherwise ., Did their voice meet your expectations ? I have only spoken to a handful of men but their voices have all been dreamy. Love all the different accents How important to you is the sound of someone's voice when it comes to mate selection ?

Many who talk to me on the phone for the first time think I'm a redneck hick. They just don't know me. I've had a few to say that I don't write like I sound.

The krupa has a beautiful American Texas twang, having been born there and lived there all his life. His voice is a tall drink of fresh water in the desert ;-)

like jr Ewing's voice what about your voice soufie haha Well as people seem to be shocked by it, I shall tell you. Very soft spoken and I giggle a lot ;-) Pure California lack-of accent. You have the NZ voice no doubt, Blondey? Americans adore those down-under tones.

I love getting to hear peoples voices. Being able to put their infliction to their typed words after that. It is really an incredible experience. A few years back in DH a lot of members got an app called Voxer which allowed us to "walkie talkie" with other posters. Text and talk app without having to share phone numbers. Little snippets of voicemails, essentially. I still use mine for a friend in Italy. No text or call fees Only one surprised me with their voice, that I recall. One guy who acted more femme emotionally had a deeper voice than I expected.
