I've heard the voices of fellow Minglers. One had a higher pitch than I would have guessed, but very nice and his personality fit that from here. The second one was a lot deeper than I would have guessed, had the smexy southern drawl I imagined, and his personality fit as well. The third was just right (reminds me of "Goldilocks and the three bears, lol") His voice was closer to what I imagined and his personality fit his character as well. The 4th one was scary... Nothing like I imagined, personality did not fit his character here... He had no integrity or honor and a foul mouth. First and last time I will speak with that one. It's fun to imagine what others sound like of those I meet in the forums, my experience taught me that it's not a good thing to attach the imagined voice to the person... just have fun with it but keep it clear in my mind that they will most likely sound totally different. Strong accents seem to attract me, especially foreign ones... just something about them that get me all tingly inside   That seems to be a universal thing, so much that I often wish I had a foreign accent, or any accent for that matter  A question always comes to mind when I hear people talking about foreign accents... Do Americans have foreign accents?  Or just those from other countries. I never hear anyone say "She/He has a smexy American accent.   Now I'm wondering.  Just right and most appealing to the senses  now we are all wondering

I have no idea how my voice sounds like, prolly some Dublin slang mixed with German accent and Polish curses
 But I heard somebody's voice, it was ... *looking for the right word* ... *not able to find the right word* ...

I'm always wondering what all the ladies on here might sound like.... In bed
 I've only spoken to 3 people in 9 years on here Soufie and Krupa were 2 of them. Krupa... That bastid sounds like a distinguished Southern Gent, if it appears like I'm jealous, damn right! who talks like that ffs? lol Soufie… She sounds just like a super wise and classy schoolgirl. |

Have you spoken on the phone or in person with someone from mingle .. friend.. lover.. or otherwise ., Did their voice meet your expectations ? I have only spoken to a handful of men but their voices have all been dreamy. Love all the different accents How important to you is the sound of someone's voice when it comes to mate selection ? I have talked with 3 women on the phone that I've met through Mingle2. 2 of them sounded very close to what I had imagined. One had the Canadian accent, the other the "Yooper" accent. For those that are wondering, what Yooper is...it's a native Upper Peninsula of Michigan accent. The 3rd that I spoke with, didn't sound anything at all like I had imagined on the phone or in person. To answer the importance of voice with mate selection. It's pretty important. If she has a voice that tends to scratch chalkboards, I definitely can say she would not be right for me. |

Have not spoken with any man from Mingle on phone.
I have many from other date site. I like a man with an accent only one stood out he was very romantic and spoke French as well as English. I met a man at lunch with friends, he iwas from Holland very attractive voice. When I see him now I strike up s conversation just to here him talk.

Please do! Okay guys.....made the phone call and my first impression of his voice was that he sounded upbeat (yay), cheery (yay) and a bit effeminate (ugh). We had a nice chat and there were no pauses in the conversation (yay). He was interested enough that he asked a few questions (yay). I told him he sounded younger that his age. I thought to myself I hope he hadn't lied about his age! We will keep in touch and see where this goes. That's great Delightful... Hopefully the "ugh" part will be no big deal. Does he live close by? |
