As long as he doesnt fall for the little porkers scam, It should be good

Trump is a better negotiator than lets say Obama, Bush, Clinton (both).

Lil' Kim doesn't really care about trump or the U.S., he just has to get along with china..if they said do it, Kim's gunna do it...so we should really be thaking China if anything is resolved from the meeting... Not to take anything away from trump, but China has all the pull here...

Imo it was Kim who forced this meeting, if he hadn't of stood up for his country it wouldn't of happened!
I was thinking we'd hear that the war is over as technically the us is still at war with nk!
Yes they are a strange people but time and time again we in the west think the cure to everything in the world is to force the western style of life on to others!
They are and live a totally different life to us, who are we to force changes, just look at the past few years and the mess some countries are in because of interference by the west!
I hope it works out though, I think America lost around 58 thousands people during that war!

Kim is never giving up his nuclear weapons. He may hide them from USA and lie to our Government.
I t's not in his DNA to give in. Unless , it is an act of God that changes his mind.

China is not that fond of the USA, even though they like the Trade.

well, China made it very clear last year if ANY radiation crosses into China from NK's border, they will invade and set up a Chinese government in NK...it was very clear to lil' Kim...then his nuke testing mountain collapsed, and Kim wanted to talk with people then...

Yes, China is more than meets the eye.
Also moe, I'm guessing you've seen the parades of kims military,
Ooooo, I wonder where he got those massive shiny mobile missile launchers from, Mmmmm, maybe nk built them? Oh, maybe China sold them to him?
So, why would they sell him those? surprised

Well it is a milestone that's for sure and it will led to stability in that region and hopefully a better world.

What really irritates me is the Trump haters never have anything good to say about his accomplishments. Or they try to spin some negativity into it.

Their obvious hatred for the guy is seen in their words.. by all. They would have absolute loved if he failed.. screw possible stability in the region.. they would have enjoy him failing more.

How pitiful.. How obvious

It's the same here with the opposition when our government does something important.
It's all they have!

i would love if he would use the hard nose stop the nukes or ELSE approach and succeeded. Im not so keen on the 'Ill scratch your back if you do this for me' approach, cause Kim looks like he may have a kind of nasty back (his laws and enforcements and treatment of his people)

Has N Korea tested any missiles in the past 5 or so months MS.?.. did the President set out to fix all of the problems in N. Korea ( human rights) in one 4 hour meeting? was that ever the agenda?

Any.. and I mean any negotiation is a give and take. N. Korea wants the DMZ gone.. guess what.. so do we.. our men have been there way too long doing.. nothing. Just for starters. And yes, we will give. as will s. Korea and Japan and so will N. Korea... that is how a negotiation.. works.

You start with the most serious issue.. nukes as they can kill 10's of thousands. then as both sides get used to each other you discuss human rights

It is a milestone that hasn't been seen since?????????? can you remember the last resident to do this, MS ?... I can't

Good work, Mr. President.

The meeting is a positive in itself.

More than the previous administration accomplished.

And much more than Hillary could do or would be interested in doing.
