Inside the government’s racial bias case against Donald Trump’s company, and how he fought it

"NEW YORK — When a black woman asked to rent an apartment in a Brooklyn complex managed by Donald Trump’s real estate company, she said she was told that nothing was available. A short time later, a white woman who made the same request was invited to choose between two available apartments".

This might be one reason why his home state doesn't like him?

White House says a draft executive order reviewing social media companies is not "official".

"A draft executive order circulating around the White House "is not the result of an official White House policymaking process," according to deputy White House press secretary, Lindsay Walters. According to a report in The Washington Post, Walters denied that White House staff had worked on a draft executive order that would require every federal agency to study how social media platforms moderate user behavior and refer any instances of perceived bias to the Justice Department for further study and potential legal action. Bloomberg first reported the draft executive order and a copy of the document was acquired and published by Business Insider. ...".

We all know how the Orange Dictator wannabe feels about the media. Or anything or anyone who doesn't sing praises to God Trump.

When Dictators don't like the news, they censor it. Will Kavanaugh's second order of business be to repeal the first amendment?

When renting property, things change quickly. I've had people write bad checks that bounced and I didn't know until a week later. I've had people pay a deposit and then back out. Usually when I put something up for rent, the phone rings off the hook. Sometimes people will move out in the middle of the night without a forwarding address. I've had judges give people 10 days to move or as little as 24 hours.

Once I was meeting with a couple to get rent and a deposit. I had a date after and they were late. Because I was rushing, i forgot to take the for rent sign. I had a lady call me a liar when I told her it was already rented. I picked up the sign after my date.

Sandwich Chain Closes Because Customers Can't Stomach That Owner Met Donald Trump

"While real estate costs, rapid expansion, and competition may have been factors, Washingtonian cites several company insiders who noted that sales dropped after co-founder Casey Patten was photographed with Trump. One said sales plummeted 40% the following day and “never recovered.” A Taylor Gourmet spokesperson said revenue rebounded".

Even I will call bullshyt on this one. You don’t close a whole chain because someone met the president. More likely their business model did not allow for rapid growth and was flawed.

That reminds me of when Papa John said he would have to raise his prices if Obama were elected. I think it is a common ploy for alot of business to make politics or politicians the reason for their success or failure.

Well, Looks like Trump is pitching a tantrum again. "GOD" Trump says, Do as I want you to, speak as I wish for you to speak. Praise me or else.

Trump profits from globalization, even though he bashes it

"President Trump told the world this week that “we reject the ideology of globalism.” But globalism has been crucial to the success of Trump’s own business, another instance of Trump the politician contradicting Trump the businessman".

Doing business internationally is not the same as the global economic system that globalists want.

Globalists want a global financial system and government. They want to do away with the concept of individual nations.

Much was missing from Trump's press conference, such as answers

In part,

"Along with the dodgy and inconclusive statements on major areas of interest, Trump mostly served up reheated commentary on his favorite topics, including the old standards about his dissatisfaction with the Iran deal, his belief much of the media is “fake news” including the “failing New York Times,” and his assessments that he has a “very large brain” and has had an extremely successful tenure".

Now we know where some of his supporters get some of the things they say.

(Inconclusive statements and reheated commentary.)

Trump rants bizarrely about 25th amendment, George Washington's 'bad past' and 'angry' women in wild and incoherent press conference

"Trump embarked on a bizarre rant about the 25th amendment, suggested George Washington had a “bad past”, and boasted about his own “very, very large brain” during a wild and occasionally incoherent press conference".

I liked trumps speech. He wasn't deeming toward women at all. He is correct about this being a con. Ford needs to try to bring criminal charges against k or move on. She has had her say. It's over. Let people vote.

One step away from jumping the white house fence are we?..why is it that some people think having good relations with foreign nations is a bad thing..obviously too much main stream mockingbird media poop in their morning coffee..

Some will say well look at all the bad things these nations have done..do you know what we've done..or do you know what you've been told..I'm guessing the latter..It's all about to come out ..because the SHOW is about to begin..so popcorn at the ready for some and worn out tissues for others..because we're all in for one big dose of the TRUTH..and it's been a long time in coming..time for the "GREAT AWAKENING"...coming in OCTOBER to a theatre near you..smile2

lol, where was all this support for 'having good relations with foreign nations" when Obama was blasted for an alleged 'apology tour', or when comments were made about 'shithole countries' or when we started 'trade war' or when our POTUS lied to Canadian Prime Minister?

what really annoys some is the great success he is having as president. Something the last guy never had. I will say that the last guys lack of understanding " the American way" led to his failure. Trump understands

what the people want and is doing everything he can to fulfill his promises and so far is doing a great job . No threats fro Noko . Making international trade fair. And calling out the ruthless tactics of the people opposing the American way.
