Last night i couldn't sleep for some reason and didn't go to sleep until 1 or 1:30 last night lol. I'm alittle tired today lol

Last night I slept like a baby, got up at 6 a.m., took a pee, drank some coffee and read the paper. Anything else you want to know about my exciting day just ask.

For the past 2 years I've been wanting to sleep at 11pm and wake up before 9 am.....

had a glass of guava juice before bed - found out this morning its a diuretic after 5 pees during the nite . hmm

I love guavas but I don't go to the store looking for guava juice. thanks for the info so now I have a reason to avoid buying guava juice as I hate getting up at night to pee.. but I will if I have to.  ........ Back to OT, I had a good night sleep.
