Yes ,espresso is very strong but u have a medium types of Italian coffee that is popular in Europe not in the US.

I used to grind my own beans (3/4 French Espresso, 1/4 Italian Espresso)
and drank it every night before bed...just awesome. Then someone said you will never sleep if you drink Espresso before bed. Well, then I couldn't..for that very reason. Who knew ;-) Good stuff though ;-) |
