Is it anything like Regular Peach Pie? or is there something added to it like a Bit of Peach Schnapps? Sound pretty good to me.

I do not revere the founding fathers as much as some. I do not feel the constitution is framed in very specific detail and can be very ambiguous and with so much room for 'discretion' by courts and politicians.

What is a high crime or misdemeanor? Lying about an affair? Implying you want a foreign government to interfere with elections or assist in your personal political campaign? I do not personally think a congress will ever remove a white male president. Just my opinion though. And what is the point. If they screw up in four years, just don't re-elect them. My two cents

There is no crime, so there is no cause for impeachment. The swamp dwellers are riled up and want revenge. President Trump is working for America. The last several presidents were working against America.

TRUMP 2020!

I'll be very happy to see it go to trial.
I'll celebrate all the democRATS who are convicted for real crimes and sentenced to fines, jail, prison or given the death penalty. Perhaps, we'll see the lying Kenyan and suiciding Clinton swing together.

It doesnt matter really. In my lifetime, it has been 'my party, right or wrong'. The President's party never votes against them or votes them out. Senate is republican, they will not impeach.

I believe a party would vote to remove a President via impeachment if there was really something to it. Something like lying to Congress or obstruction isn't it. Both Clinton and Trump should never have had impeachment voted on them.

Things like giving military secrets to our enemies. Ordering our military or others to attack our citizens. Taking taxpayer money for personal use. Taking away some group's constitutional rights. Giving taxpayer money away to others.

It is becoming more obvious that it is all about politics. The vote totals reflect that and now Pelosi is talking about not forwarding the articles of impeachment to the Senate. That will give the democrats the ability to claim Trump has been impeached during the 2020 election. They only have to stretch this whole political mess out 11 months!! It will also free up the democrat senators running for president to continue with their campaigns. It is almost the same as you being arrested, charged with a crime and have it on the front page of your newspaper but never having a trial to prove your guilt or innocence.

how about withholding taxpayer money from others in return for personal favors?

I heard that. In the news conference, however, which happened the same day as the vote to impeach, all I actually HEARD her say was that they were not making a choice about that YET, which sounds reasonably like they are actually going to make an INFORMED choice instead of just appeasing press with quick soundbytes.

The votes made Trump only the third president in United States history to be impeached and set the stage for a likely trial in the Republican-led Senate in January. No president has ever been removed from office via the impeachment process set out in the Constitution, and Republican senators have given little indication of changing that.

The "for personal favors" is the underlying question. That was the twist put on his conversations. I believe he asked for an investigation of Burisma and any relationship between Ukraine and the 2016 election interference. Just because these investigations might lead to some connection to the DNC or Bidens is not relevant.

Time will show the intent but the House should not have the option to not send it to the Senate. Possibly another squabble the Judicial Branch will need to resolve.

I think that I'll have what Kermit the Frog is having.

Anyway, impeachment is a form of censure that cannot be undone, and Trump certainly earned some kind of censure.

Members of Trump's base (Trumpicans, Dixiecans, Political Evangelicals) will not admit that their Dear Leader did anything wrong.
