Better than yesterday but still a little sore. I'm at least happy I have the next two days off, the less I use my arm the faster my shoulder will heal. Hopefully the chiropractor on Tuesday can shed some light as to what's going on.

Resisting the urge to test it is challenging once I feel better, like today, lol. I have to keep reminding myself to take it easy so not to strain it again. OT... Optimistic

Pretty happy I got out of the contract with that car demolishing company. I wasn't happy with it. Now I'm free to go along with the other one here on the island, who pays me more for my car :)
