I drove to Charleston, South Carolina. A tire blew and shredded on the highway. Darn thing pulled down the wheel well and things went south after that.
He was not understanding. I canceled the date, extended my stay and had an awesome time by myself. |

I've actually never asked anyone on a date, or been asked. I usually just met someone, we hung out and grew into a relationship.

I met a guy in the car park of a coffee shop. We chatted whilst heading into the coffee shop and all was going well until I set foot on the marble effect floor and promptly slipped and was sent flying into a table for two. The place was full too as it was lunchtime.
Not a great start for a first date nor was it a good look......me lying flat on my back on the floor with legs akimbo. |
