Life is wonderful even if it is not so wonderful sometimes. My flower website is almost done. Yay! I'm exercising again. Yay! I have no aches and pains.. ok, a little ache in my right knee when I walk long ways, but nothing to complain about. Life is good. Had a misunderstanding about due dates. My first grandbaby will be meeting the family at any moment within the next few days.  Wow! Exciting times for you and your family!

6 months into this pandemic, and I am still sane. To me, this is positive I know it. I am sort of sane. I have my moments through it though. I suppose, other nurses lost their sanity alright. But I still keep going strong

 but it's my thread I've shared this story before but not sure if I have in open forums... But so reminds me of a moment with my dad My birthday is leap year but my dad always sung happy birthday to me... even if he had to call at midnight to hit it on off years when there was no 29th. Dementia stole my dad's mind but a couple of years ago when he was still in and out..... My mom told him it was my birthday, and he came out singing" I wish you a merry Christmas" I could tell by the look in his eyes... he knew that wasn't right but couldn't figure out why God love him. ... he kept right on singing..... the whole thing |
