Currently re-watching Virgin River.
Can't wait for the new season to be released, likely in July.
I love the series, even though there's quite the amount of drama thrown in. But somehow the series just works.

But thinking about it... I wouldn't mind writing some of the episodes / storylines. Charmaine would leave the premises for sure.

Just found good links to the entire Chicago Universe shows.

Haven't started watching yet but they are bookmarked.

Started to watch 9-1-1 but it has more drama than emergencies.

Instead, I decided to rewatch Emergency!

I used to watch Chicago Hope. It was one of the only shows I ever watched that had to do with hospitals.

Still watching When Calls Heart :)
Made a switch from all the action stuff to more romantic genre.
And then it's a good thing to be single as whenever something in the story moves me -which happens a lot- I can sniff and cry all I want without feeling embarrassed about it, hihi.

Right now I usually alternate between Survivor season 42 and Manifest. But sometimes if I want something fluffy on that does not require me to really tune in, I'll put on something I've seen a skadillion times, like Gilmore Girls or Criminal Minds.

Do you have a fave on Survivor? Who're you picking to win?

OT - Inventing Anna
Two episodes in...not quite sure what I think about it yet. However, Julia Garner's fake, accent is driving me crAaaZZY. And Floyd (who came up with that voice/accent). Great actresses, but someone messed up big time.

When Calls the Heart
Just watched the last available episode. Season 9 finale will be aired on May 22nd so I'll have to wait. It has been renewed for season 10.
I may or may not watch that by the time it comes out. It is a lovely series but in essence not the same anymore since Jack died as the actor wanted to leave the series for mysterious reasons.
They did a good job recovering but in that it became unrealistic to me. Jack & Elizabeth had this once in a lifetime love. Their chemistry was even stronger than that of Outlander's Claire & Jamie. If for instance Jamie would die cause the actor wanted to leave you cannot simply move on.
Yet that's what they've done with When Calls the Heart. There's hardly ever any mention of Jack anymore, if at all. Within a few years time she has 2 suitors, falls in love and gets seriously involved.
Now I've not had a partner that passed away, but I highly doubt it works like that.
So in doing a good job they actually did a bad job. And turned it from a magnificent love story into a mundane drama series.

Oh well...

Hi Fairy! waving

I really like MaryAnn and Omar. I'd be happy if either of them won. I also wouldn't mind seeing Mike take it. Of the three I think Omar is probably playing the best game, though. How about you?

Crystal, I agree with you about When Calls the Heart. I have not started Season 9 yet. I was disappointed with who Elizabeth chose in Season 8. I really wanted her to choose the other guy. But maybe he'll grow on me when I watch season 9. I agree--not the same since Jack died. He was so likeable!

For me it's the other way round. I'm glad she chose Lucas, even though it's not totally right.
But with Nathan there was nothing. He had interest in her, okay, but no mutual anything, nor anything leading up to her sudden doubt about which one to choose.
I found it annoying it took an entire season before we got clarity. I was just hoping for him to PO, haha.
But I still feel the writers made a big mistake by erasing Jack and his memory so quickly.
Like when she was so upset when she thought Nathan had been shot. That would've been the perfect moment to stipulate she was still affected by the trauma of Jack's passing.

Oh well.. found another series to watch for now:
Bridgerton

So far I like it :)

Well...I wanted Omar to win too. Now, I'm not too sure. MaryAnn hasn't done enough to win....the jury won't vote for her. Sooo if Mike can hang in there I think he'll win. He has to get rid of Lindsay though.

I just now finished watching the last episode. DANG IT! laugh

Lindsay is actually a really good player too. But I'd still like to see either MaryAnn or Mike win, just based on sheer likeability. I tend to root for the dorky players because I'm a dork myself. laugh I love that MaryAnn knows she's weird and wants to represent for the rest of us weirdos. I think you're probably right about Mike taking the million. I really like this season. Only a couple more episodes left!

Crystal, I love Bridgerton! Both seasons have been great. And did you hear that the third season will deviate from the order of the books? Season 3 will be Colin and Penolope's story. I cannot wait for that!

Hmmm... wanted to start season 2, but I get now what you meant: each season is on another sibling.
That takes getting used to :/ Certainly not having the super hunky Simon in it anymore is very disappointing.

Yeah, I didn't want to tell you he got voted off before you watched the episode. He was definitely playing the best game.

He and Lindsay outplayed themselves though. Had she given him the idol they'd both be able to go look for it in the next episode. But nooo, she didn't want "anyone to find an idol." What kind of nonsense is that. Put the dang idol back in playlaugh

I love how Maryanne hasn't told anyone she has an idol. It's not gonna help her though....but I can understand you cheering her on. She's easy to likesmile2 .

I really like Jonathan...mostly because it's weird to see a strong guy at the end. He's no Ozzy, but I wouldn't mind if he made it to the final three. He won't win though, because I think the jury kinda dislike him. Which gotta be based on tons of stuff we haven't seen.

Yes! I agree with you about Jonathan. I was prepared not to like him, because he's a beefcake, a good provider and so good at challenges. I think that often times other players feel like players like him have an unfair advantage so they're quick to vote them off. But he's actually really intelligent, and he's got some self-control...he bites his tongue a lot instead of letting the others know when they irritate him. He's not just good in physical challenges, he's good at puzzles and everything else too. I would not hate it if he won. But I don't think the jury likes him enough to vote for him.

I definitely don't think Romeo will win either. At first I really liked him but then when his paranoia started running rampant, and he wasn't doing anything around camp, and was stealing bites of rice when the others weren't looking, I stopped liking him.

I wouldn't mind any of the others winning, actually. And I still think MaryAnn has a chance! Even though she has annoyed some people, I don't think anyone actually dislikes her. Some people get bitter and hold a grudge when people vote them out, and although Maryann did participate in the blind sides, she didn't really mastermind them (except for Omar). There's something to be said about outlasting all the others on the other side. Whether it's being likable, appearing nonthreatening, or playing under the radar, she's still there. Even though she's not wily and crafty, and she doesn't win challenges, I think she's played a great social game. She could swoop in at the end and pull some big moves. She's still got an idol (if I'm not mistaken), so she's got potential. I'm rooting for her or Mike.

Have you seen all the seasons? Who has been your favorite player?
