as has been said, you're cheating if you're seeking anything from others what you should get from your partner. if you're not telling your partner, you're cheating. if it's something that you know they wouldn't approve of, you're cheating. emotional afairs are cheating.

etc etc etc

cheating isn't just the hanky panky

i agree...i believe this is cheating...i will admit...when i was dating someone...he did not fullfill everything i needed so i would come online and talk to someone...a specific person not a different one every night...and i began to feel so guilty about it..i told him and he broke up with me because of it....

in this italian's opinion..if the webcam's activities means that they were showing each other's body parts then no question it is cheating...(once removed) because there was no actual phyiscal contact.

but as i see it -it was fault of both the man and the woman.
yes she may have been to occupied with her life to shed some attention on her man,but when you are in a comitted relationship it is paramount for a woman or a man to make thier significant other feel as though they are part of each other's lives.
myself for example..whenever my construction job demands that i need to be far away from home, say vancouver for example..i will talk with my lady friend via internet..phone..and once a week i will send her flowers by order just so that she still knows how much i need her..

the point is..if it's true love, the time must always be made for by both to show that love is still there.

Forget why it even cheating. The bigger question is why cannot he just face her en talk about it. If it is not working, let it go. A real man would face the demon!

and miss kaylas,if you'll permit me to say..you had nothing to feel guilty about.. speaking as someone with more age then you,if your man did not treat you as though you were number one in his life and fullfill every aspect of your needs then the fault is his and his alone...you were not cheating if it was only communication between you and this other person..in a man's heart it is his woman that must come first above all others..or then what would feelings truely be worth

i'll agree that you should always make an effort to share and communicate, but i don't totally agree. just because you don't speak with your woman for a few days doesn't mean she should get bored and seek attention elsewhere. love isn't just about showing you care, it's about loyalty and commitment.

The problem though was...there was definatly an emotional attachment to this person....i did begin to have feelings for him...and after the guy and i broke up...i actually started dating the guy i had been talking to.....he lived in the town i was going to college in...at first i started out just looking for friends...so i knew some more people when i moved...then it escalated...

then take it from this guy..you are young ,very beautiful..and in collage as you mentioned..all signs pointing to a well grounded woman with a great head on her shoulders..the more mature of us men seek out ladies such as you..in time you will find that right one and build a very happy life together..trust in this..and be hppy

LOL, yeah I never thought it would reach 8 pages. IDK, I just don't see anything wrong with it. All they do is talk, he's not going to leave his gf for her.

Is looking at a hustler magazine and relieving your tension cheating also? Lookin at a girl through a camera is kinda like looking at one in a magazine that's been snapshotted through a camera. Not much difference.
