Before undergoing surgery, if you are carrying any extra weight, try losing some of it. It will make a big difference without having to put your body through the trauma of a surgery. It may seem like a common and easy surgery, but the reality is that pretty much all surgery is very very hard on the body. Surgery should be the last option after all other solutions have been tried and failed.

It's like slapping God in the face for giving you a great gift.

Probably because you went down in the inches, but only around the ribs. In that case, if you worry about any back issues, then do it.

I had a friend who was huge when she was thin. She gained weight so she didn't look so out of balance, but X-rays showed she had horrible grooves in her shoulders from the weight pulling on her bra straps. While I am against surgery in general, sometimes, it solves other problems and has to be done.

I had a breast reduction. Removed 6.5 pounds. It makes a huge diffence, especially with self esteem. The scars are something that you have to learn to live with, tho. They aren't pretty. So decide what's important. Looking good with your clothes on...or off...

Your boobs don't look to be that big to me. Maybe it's just your bra. I have a friend that got a reduction and she regrets having it done just due to scars.

They don't look that big. Think VERY carefully before having surgery. My friend's mom had it done, and complains constantly about it.. and she's 45. Being younger, there are so many other options.. Good luck! (=

We are the same height, and I have DD's. I don't think it's the breasts that you have a problem with. Maybe your self esteem.flowerforyou If you work on the inside, you can be happy with the outside.smokin

Girls with big boobs wanna have a reduction...and men love the boobs. Men want to increase penis size.....and that is hard to do. Yet a woman can get a reduction like that (snaps fingers). No! I'm not bitter.grumble grumble laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh

Seriously...for you back...if you really wanna do it...then do it. Just hope you do not have any regrets.
