Through all my debating on this site, I have yet to be knocked down. Is this because I'm right? No. This is because the body of users on this site, excluding you, have an understanding that fellow human beings have different opinions and different perspectives. And they, unlike you, have respect for that. You, however, have not a scintilla of it.
Their ability to understand that others may differ is not because their passion or zeal is less than yours. Quite the contrary, their arguments rival yours in their fervency. They are able to separate issues from people. At the end of the day, they have earned my respect by placing forth strong arguments and reasoned support for them. They refrain from personal attacks, mindless emotional outbursts, and disgustingly immature insults to users simply trying to state their opinion. You, however, do not...and this is the precise reason why there can be no respect for you on my behalf. You have continually isolated yourself as an overly argumentative and contentious old woman who offers specious arguments in support of her true intention of spiting anyone who disagrees with you. It's no secret, and I'm not the only one who notices it, not by far.
Your passive-aggressiveness and feigned innocence are nothing short of infuriating to the users who can debate a topic in well-reasoned and level-headed ways.

Your continued patronization is not as transparent as you seem to think it is. Please do not call me "dear" before proceeding to label me as a "twerp."
It is certainly your own decision to choose to criticize my writing as you see fit, although I would prefer that a) the criticism be constructive, so as to help alleviate whichever problems you may be speaking of, and b) that it come from someone able to spell properly. Your ability to characterize my writing as juvenile and stale doesn't ring quite as true with the word redundancy spelled incorrectly.
And I'm sorry that it has come to this, I truly am. Squabbling about a spelling error as an attempt to point out the ineptitude of another person is something I generally try to avoid. However, as you continue to sink lower and lower into the arena of personal insults and meaningless attacks, I have no reservations doing the same. I'm told not to argue with fools, because I'll be dragged down to their level and beaten by their experience, but I truly believe that reasoning and logic will never succumb to mindless blathering from a biased and cantankerous (yes I said it) source.
Your approach to debate is truly contemptible, and your support of aspiringactress doesn't surprise me. Her contentions were nearly as baseless as yours continually are, and she responded to opposing opinions in exactly the same way you do: with harsh personal attacks and needless anger and hatred. I'm sure you were disappointed to see her leave the site, although I'm guessing it won't be long before you can find another closed-minded petty fool, filled with rage and endless blind passion to fill the void left by the dismissal of one of your minions.
Ultimately, I empathize for you. I cannot imagine what life must be like in such a paranoid state as yours, where anyone who utters a single word of disbelief regarding even the most trivial aspect of your opinion is immediately presumed to be not only wrong, but also out to get you. Your ability to believe that everyone is out to get you suspends logic. The extent to which you believe you are omniscient is truly not fathomable.
For the sake of yourself and the members of this fun, yet respectful, forum, please cease your mindless hatred and personal vengeances and seek a truer existence, espousing such personal qualities as understanding, kindness, and empathy through reasoning. nrthrn - In defense of myself, it was not a statement of conceit, because if you'll continue on in the statement, I readily admit that this is not because I'm always right. I'm not. I've never claimed to be infallible and I never will. My point was that "knocking someone down" on this site is not the point. People don't do that here, because we're all trying to have a reasoned debate, not attack each other personally. My ideas have been knocked down many times, but not me personally. There would be no point for that in an honest debate.

As for the excerpts you quote, those were paraphrases which I included solely as a response to lindyy's allegations that I was simply using big words to make my argument sound better. I thank you kindly for neglecting to quote my entire well stated argument and then proceeding to insult my debating skills.
