I know thisll kill any chance of me meeting anyone here but things arent looking that great anyways so.
say a girl started hitting me, and in defence I hit her back, could I go to jail?! I know people are all like, OMG!!. males should hit females. I didnt, but if I wanted to... would it be against the law?? |

in OK, if she hits you and you hit her, you both go to jail.

usually it's the one that hits so if you both hit you both go to jail but then again each state has their own laws... You shouldn't hit a girl even if she hits you... She is wrong to hit but most men are far stronger than women so it's not a comparable fight...

Yes, these days the police charge domestic violence, not the victim(s). Chances are you both would go to jail, or at least be booked and released with a court date.

in some states yes. and if they have a weapon also, bat mace only in self defence i would run away, if i were you. it's not worth it.

i was brought up (and taught my son the same) do only enough to defend and get away. if you can leave without doing anything...then leave. no since in both getting in trouble

no, I just didnt think all fighting resulted in jail.
I stopped some kids from throwing rocks at ducks, and I know I cant do anythign to them so I was just loud and used my finger (index) a lot. Well when I was walking back some lady was outside and I thought it was the mom, and she was pretty big. LOL. so if it came to it, Id push her off, but you just never know what bad parents are going to do... |

Why would he slap her at all? Unless she was big enough to hurt him, the only reason to hit her at all would be payback... A bigger man would walk away...
