Men can be bad, too. I know of three women who were murdered by abusive men, so....it just goes to show that a person has to be careful about who they get involved with.

Why are you picking abusive women?

Even though I reside in Ohio, I was really happy for their loss. They were really nasty with their attitudes against Michigan when they played them. (Who, I'm very happy to say, won their Rose Bowl game!) Go Blue!

Actually, I wish luck to all of the job hunters out there, especially women over 40 who are discriminated against, a lot, because of their age and if they are a single parent.

For the record, I was stalked by a psycho when I lived in Michigan, and he was one reason I moved out of state. He wasn't even someone I dated. It was an ex-friend's estranged husband. He stalked my family and tried to kill her, so I've learned about what a nightmare stalking is, first hand.

It's best to shut the bad men out, for good and for ever. If they refuse to stop bothering you, keep a log, since then it becomes harrassment. After that, stalking. There are laws in place, now, to protect people from stalkers.

There's one male friend in my life like that too. They are so awesome that it's hard to put into words.

The bulbs you mentioned get a little warm, but not too hot.

Roses are awesome! On Valentine's Day, each year, I generally get a couple for my daughter and myself. (Sometimes just at random times during the year too.) Do men give out flowers anymore? I've forgotten!

Don't ever, ever say "yes, dear". I'd be out the door so fast the man's head would spin.

laugh Even when a woman picks a man that may not look so hot, they can still be really bad. Even worse than the "bad" boys!! It's a lesson I learned well, and it won't be forgotten. Some people shouldn't be given 1 chance!

I prefer personality. Looks tend to be trouble.

Cheating is cheating, period. There are no exceptions. Are you a player and proud?

My grandmother died last year. Although I'm not even living in the same state and couldn't go the funeral, she knew how I felt. Prayers, faith and tears are what's gotten me through all these years. At the age of 18, almost 19, (and not far from my birthday), I lost a son 28 years ago this year. The best we can do is hold the love for the people we care for in our heart, forever.

Sounds like a possible short. Over the years, I've only had a couple of cars and when I was growing up I read road and track, plus tried to learn all that I could about auto mechanics.

Think about it. Some people have kids that are grown and gone, aka out of the house, and others have some at home. It just happens that I have one of each. It's not as ridiculous as you might think.
