Just food for thought: Would YOU post pics of YOUR children on here if you actually had them? If I had children... I would post photos of my children and me together to show how important they are to me. Could some weirdo look at my children and say... hey I want to kidnap those kids so I think I will try to hunt them down..... sure. That could happen at the grocery store or the mall too. Should I not take my kids to the store or mall or movies or chucky cheese because of some possibility of a weirdo kidnapping them? There are no phone numbers or street addresses on my profile. Even my home town is not listed. The world is a dangerous place but I am not going to lock my future kids in the basement for safety. I would be 10 times more worried about my kids being on myspace, the place the perverts look for kids, than I would be on an adult dating site. I agree with all your points, Ms. Mindy...but, ever heard of an IP Address? Ever hear of pirating pics and photoshopping them to suit others needs? I sure have...and have seen it done...professionally and perfectly. So, nope...NO pics of my children will ever be posted on the internet. My kids aren't locked in the basement...well, unless they have been wicked. (j/k!!!) But, as a living, breathing current parent...I can earnestly say I will protect my children at every corner I can...and the internet is one of those pesky corners. If a certain someone becomes a part of my real life, then yes...they will be privvy to my children...in REAL life, not in pics. I don't need to show idle pics of my children to strangers to prove my love and adoration for them. When you actually have children...you may actually grasp this concept. Until then - party on!  'Nuff said!  PS: Myspazz is NOT a place I have a profile, nor would I ever let my children have a profile there...for your precise reasons stated.

I am not a Christian either...but, rather a devote Buddhist/Taoist of sorts, even though my upbringing was that of strict Catholicism by my parents. What human is to profess what is the ultimate "sin"? It all depends upon the sin and when it is being committed and against whom, right? It's all about pain and suffering...for the victim or the offender. This can easily be interchanged on a daily basis, based upon our "sins". Example: For instance, a Zen master may ask a student to meditate on an unanswerable riddle called a "koan". A well-known koan is "You know the sound of two hands clapping, but what is the sound made by one hand when it's clapping?" The purpose of a koan is to cultivate a "great doubt" in the student. From the position of a great doubt, the Zen student is then in a state of mind to look at reality from a new perspective, without interference from the ego. In my current perspective, and teachings, that I have chosen to adopt as my own...it's all perspective: Mine, His, Theirs. When I choose to balance the scales of equality of these perspectives, I find balance and peace. As Buddha determined we suffer because we have a grasping desire and we are unable to accept change. He concluded that we could end our suffering by developing the correct understanding of life. Cultivating the correct understanding to relieve suffering is the main focus. I personally found that Christianity waddled far against the grain of cultivating understanding, and it's pendulum swung rather far and wide to the side judgment. We are human...we all sin. For me, the answer is not in judgment, but rather understanding. well of coarse you arent a christian so you dont believe the same... we didnt say what sin is impardonable read the bible god did... and i dont mean this in a threatening way it just sounds like it because its typed Just because my profile states...and I stated here that I am a Buddhist/Taoist...who says I can't be Christian as well? Hmmm... Further, do you see the controversy in your post where you initially state: "The impardonable sin".... and then further state.... "WE didn't state which sin is impardonable"... Which IS it, fella? So, in light of the spirit of this thread if I were to say..."F YOU HOLY SPIRIT" when I'm distraught and devoid of faith, but yet make a 360 degree turn and say... "Ooops, forgive me for that little comment...can I come back?"...I'm forgiven? Just wanna know for future reference.

Welcome to the REAL world of the internet. No, if you google the most visited sites you will see that adult dating sites aren't even close to being the real world of the internet. They are a drop in the web bucket compared to other sites that I will not mention. I am young but my google works just as well as anyone elses google. .......Hey, that sounds kinda perverse. Yup...age DOES matter, folks!  Certainly not meaning to be harsh, Ms. Mindy...but, did it ever occur to you that those who are the most sly go to the sites that are not so "google-able" to OOGLE? Just food for thought: Would YOU post pics of YOUR children on here if you actually had them? Think very carefully before you answer, ok?

Granted some women want to be a dreaded "MILF"...and act and dress the part, at all costs for fear of growing old. Can you say (as my eldest son says)...GROOOOOOOSS?
While there are others, like my ex-wife, who are naturally beautiful aethestically and spiritually and attract moths to the flame by just being herself. Determining between the two is quite simple, at least to *this* eye anyway. However, for the young men like my 12 year old son, it plays out much like a scene in "The Graduate".

Those people who are worried about posting photos of children because this is an adult website. I have a question: Where do you think the child porn weirdos go when they want to see pictures of kids? They go to myspace and facebook where moms and dads post 100's of kids photos. I don't think child porn weirdos search adult dating sites for kiddie porn. It wouldn't be a good use of their time. You are new to the internet world, aren't ya, hon?

Age does matter with this man *points to self*.
I always find myself attracted, on all levels, to a woman...*emphasis on WOMAN*...within my own age range. That would be 5 years above or below my age. Certainly, I wouldn't discount someone within a few years of my preferred criteria. However, I would never date anyone in their 20's...nor in their 60's. If you look/read closely at posts in here...and that silly "cougar" thread...it really all does boil down to: Age DOES matter to everyone...except pedophiles or those desperately "seeking".

PS: Let it be known I have been hired as a professional photographer on occassion...although, none of the pics I have taken of others will ever be posted on an internet dating site - ever!
Guess I should thank my lucky stars I didn't post a pic of me and my best buddy, Captain (my dog), on here, though, huh? He really IS photogenic and much more handsome than me. It might help my odds here.
