Once a judge orders testing (for custodial reasons) one might assume they use the federal standards. Yeah.. I am assuming that to be the case...I live in a state where it was just made legal at the medical level and grandpa and other close relatives live in two recreational states...an illegal search where no charges have been filed some pot was found in my daughters closet..CPS was notified and they are threatening to take the kids...my daughter doesn't smoke it and tested negative..hair tests revealed the kids have been exposed..just don't get how kids all over town have parents with green cards exposing their kids daily and it's ok but my daughter may lose her kids and she never has it around them outside of visiting family ...not cool |

So I have a somewhat serious question for weed smokers...because weed is recreational in some states..medical in some but still federally against the law...if child protective services is using hair testing as a way to determine exposure in children and taking kids from there homes...apparently second hand smoke and pore exposure can cause a hair test to be positive...how would that rule apply in a medical or recreational state?...

muslim extremists practice violence on muslims and non muslims who don't believe in their extremist values ...just saying..they sure have a lot of extremists for today's ideologies ...and pretty sure technology has allowed most eyes to see that it is not common nor acceptable behavior...and any faith that supports and practices hurting women and children...Nope...but gotta give the peaceful people who don't "practice " what they preach.. This not only affects women and children. Think about how a man's mind can be forged into something that he really doesn't want, or is not proud of. Every religion is a cult. Pretty much all religions teach us to dislike others because they are not of the same religion. In essence we are merely replicating the same fascism that has been known from oppressive governments. "We don't like any others besides our own/ourselves and if you do, we no longer like you." The Muslim religion is not the only one that causes these types of cultural/ethnic/religious upsets. ENTER SOCIOECONOMICS. Who has more? Who has more and better? Who has the most and the best? Like religion, wealth itself is just as much to blame for the way people think and act. It all comes down to claiming the physical and mental real estate of the masses. Through cultism we arrive to false ideologies of how we should expect those around us to act, causing much disturbance, great divide and upset, and driving the good people of the world to hate others based on a very basic system of indoctrination that has been around for longer than any of you or I have. I wish more people would realize just what is going on here. ..yeah..warping the minds of men is equally as evil as abusers of women and children... I think any faith that depends on a rulebook to be with God is man made crap..God was around long before books..humans are just a filter system to get rid of bad souls...you are either good or bad..we can lie to others and lie even to ourselves...but God knows who we are...sadly..I think bad souls know who they are and because they are damned..they have made life hell for Gods children...unfortunately a good soul can go bad..but a bad soul is rotten to the core...

... I think if someone goes nuts and kills people they are terrorists or just plain insane .. The only differences I see between a homegrown and a refugee I am seeing would be the ones here already stink..why risk inviting more...he's not banning he's temporarily slowing it down.. ... I think it's amusing how so many people act violently and vulgar in hopes of making a point.. I say they should experience life in another country before they think they are so deprived here.. It doesn't take much of a brain to see how good we have it in the USA... I'm totally offended by the women that strap a giant vag**a on their head and complain about a tastefully done photo of the First Lady..but to each their own... I don't say get out of the USA... I just think people that are so upset should see what it's like elsewhere before they make a stink..

To me it appears that there are people who wish him to fail.. look forward to it.. crave it more then anything.. even the wellbeing of their country. And how self serving is that? ..this is something I see as well... I respected Obama as President and even when I did not agree with a lot of what he felt was in our country's best interest.. I never wished any ill fate on him or his family...President Trump may not have the most flattering mannerisms...but I was raised by a dad that would make Trump blush...he would say things in public that sounded vulgar or racist... I would just die of embarrassment sometimes..but my dad helped and loved everyone...I think a lot of Trumps comments and actions are twisted out of context..and then over exaggerated by the haters..when he used the p word in a private conversation with another man referring to how easy some women are in the entertainment industry he was simply stating a fact..a lot of those women will let a wealthy man do what ever they want..and it was what he believed a comment to a male friend..now the word is plastered everywhere...women are dressing their little girls in cat ears and T shirts sayin don't touch my P***y...disgusting in my opinion...as far as all these people wanting the President to fail...talk about silly...

... I am giving President Trump a chance.. I don't agree with a lot of what he does..but I can say what I am going through right now...I will never be a democrat..they have infected us with their knowledge of what is best for our families and society that I doubt we will get over the damage..as far as impeachment.. for what.?..all the people stomping their feet are like dogs chasing their tails... I will respect the President and I hope he does a great job..although with all the fake news about all of them...it's so bad...we have no idea what's really going on...

not just black americans 'great' times when women were oppressed 'great' times when native americans were oppressed ,,,there are many demographics who have had a pretty awful time of it during those 'great' days of yesteryear,,,, ..black people had soul train and were pimpin' as they say...native Americans were getting checks and a nice chunk of land..and us ladies we had some amazing freedoms..the refugees were the Cambodians and they got housing and cars...the 70-80 backstep would be pretty cool to me...the people had a very strong bond despite our differences...sorry but most anyone who lived it ...loved it..! maybe, most anyone you know who lived it,,,, but each of us know only a small part of the population...... ...probably so...in my case I was traveling and seeing the states..travel was affordable too...it was great in Montana,Washington, Colorado, Maine, Massachusetts and WestHampton beach New York...to name a few...seemed like I met a lot of happy people...lower middle class... I never had money..just good times.. |

what about in the 50's and 60's when one person in any family needed to work, could still have 2-3 kids, buy a new car and home, and still have money to save... now, both parents have to work, can't afford a new car or home, kids not being raised by family, and no money to save... ... I would go as far as saying late 70s early 80s were pretty great..jobs were easier to come by..and most paid more than minimum wage...rent was affordable...almost anyone could buy a house...five dollars would get smokes, gas and beer on Friday night...kids could walk almost anywhere without looking over their shoulders in fear of being hurt or worse...movies were imaginative and entertaining an R rated movie was a boob shot..porn was hard to fall into the hands of children and child porn was barely heard of and appalling ...music was pleasant to listen to..not just the f word and promoting sex with whoever and promoting drugs and crime..people went to parks and events as families...socializing with people wether at a club or potluck was common place..parents were allowed to discipline children without going to jail...jails were for people who were a threat to others..people were innocent until proven guilty...news was the news not a reporters opinion...technology was beyond the reach of average people and we had to use our own minds and hands to create things...if someone hurt your feelings..you learned to have tougher skin..the phone stayed home.. I could go on but I will spare you all...oh yeah...and we had some bad *** cars..yup it was some great times for sure...but then that's how it was in my hometown..

Think of all the fines and free community service generated by catching the little graffiti artists.  ...or maybe paint it with illustrations from Pink Floyd theWall...as a cold reminder of the dream of a government gone mad..at the Enid the debates even Hillary was spouting off about the pro's of building the darn thing...it's the hunger games in the making in my opinion...they are walling off some beautiful coastline and land...hmmmm

I agree its because I have crossed path with both 'christians' and 'muslims' with mostly good 'souls', that I take caution with the stereotypes about the group being hateful or inherently homicidal ...yup..even if you claim the title of a faith.. Muslim, Christian..ect...it's what is truly in your heart, words, and deeds that God will judge us by...despite our differences God knows who has an evil soul...and pretty sure just saying your one way or the other won't affect his perspective of who he knows you are..
