She cried today Cleansing her Soul Whispers fade of long ago Stain filled cheeks Taking control Releasing the anger once plagued shell Shadowed darkness shines a light Worthy is her stained glass mirror Peace of mind is all she seeks Within the darkness thoughts unfold Cleansing her Heart & Soul once more Within the night the calm released She She Cried.....

At times we must let the tears flow in order to welcome the calm that will soon follow. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so very true the calm is here and the view is clear,,, (( Kristi, Robert, Pam ))) Life is ,, well just is and I move forward no regrets its nice finding the calm again

oh beauty I so dislike crying yet Michael is always delighted when I do ... ....errr wait that came out wrong ... uhhh sorry honey What he means is that he is pleased that I am letting go and no longer fighting so hard to keep it all in ... ...tears ... cleansing and replenishing ... Beautiful!
