What turns you off or on the first time you see your new 'dates' place?
Among my turn offs are lots of clutter and dirty dishes, a dirty bathroom is a real turn off. If it should go that far, dirty sheets are just gross - run! Conversly, clean is good! Lived in is good, some clutter - signs of life happening... |

I'm not a neat freak so I don't expect guys to be but a place that is filthy dirty is a turn off. Also, signs that another female would be not so good.

Lived in is acceptable but filthy, nope not for me. Cluttered to the point of not bein able to see the tops of tables or the floors, oh no.
If he knows I'm comin to visit I would hope that he would take the time to try an clean up abit. If I know company is comin I always clean an make an effort to have the house lookin nice.

I remember the first time I visited my ex husband's apartment. It was all clean and tidy. He opened the closet door to get something out and must have forgotten he stuffed all his crap in there before my arrival. It all came sort of sliding out at him and he was trying to stuff it back in before I saw. God, that was funny.
