I'm sorry dude. I know your techniques work, but they read like chapter and verse right out of the PUA handbook. They are okay if you're only looking to add notches to your gun and brag about how successful they are on the internet. But forming a real long lasting relationship is more than just collecting phone numbers.

How are you going to form a relationship if you can't attract someone to have one with? If you have better ideas you should post them and I could learn from you.

This is how a relationship starts. By having fun with a stranger. You have fun and form an emotional connection. You have to be yourself from "hello."

I know about the PUA stuff, but I don't follow it. I'm what those guys call a "natural." Or maybe I just figured it out 20 years sooner. I don't know.

What I do know is I'm fun. I'm creative and I can get dates. As for a relationships go, I guess I'm still looking for a woman that can put up with my ADHD and forgetfulness. Forgetting things seems to really rub a lot of women the wrong way. They think I don't listen or worse, don't care.

I'm not selling anything. I'm really just trying to help. If you don;t need or want the help, fine. Good for you. Go out and find that special woman for you. But, I know from talking to a lot of women and from reading threads on this site that a lot of men do want and need some help.

Why do you want to tinkle on the parade? Have you tried the PUA stuff and it didn't work for you? If so maybe you should read my last post to understand why. You don't give off a fun cool vibe. At least not in this thread.
Giving advice on how to be tactful in emails sent to women.
OK, Just to TELL someone what to say.
WILL NOT make them BE anything that they are NOT!
As NOW, lets say THEY follow your lead here and send out many of THESE types of emails to ladies on here.
After the first three emails,,,,,,back and forth.
WHERE do THEY turn to THEN,,,as their REAL SELF is "STILL" left to hang with them ladies in words?
Its like TRYING to show a person HOW to tell a joke.
MANY,,,will NEVER be funny in its presentations.
As well as MANY will be foolishly LOST after their witty and articulate first emails to them ladies...noway

And as for your statement ,if YOU know any better ones please tell us.

I can tell everyone here one fact to live by when typing on the NET.

Be YOU, Be REAL, and Be active in your searches...

No-one WANTS or NEEDS another person to CON-THEM into believing THEY our someone THEIR NOT!!

WHY????

Life and realilty WILL SURFACE, THEN,,,,,YOU have a HEART that will suffer from THAT GAME.

KEEP IT REAL,,,Its always been, my deal...drinker

Wow them with brilliant sarcasm! drinker

Keep it light but deep at the same time.
Cover yourself in fragrant oils at home to put yourself in the mood.
Use fancy words. Pore over ancient mingle2 threads to collect all
the best witticisms.

If all else fails, use the pic of a famous celebrity or
try to get rich first and try bisexuality and polyamory
and mail order dating and strip clubs.

Finally - if you get really really desperate - buy a hamster.
If you can't afford a hamster, collect wooly bears and put
out an open can of dog food to attract strays. Then, it won't
matter what you post on facebook anymore.

But if you do hit the jackpot with some get-rich-quick scheme
then you can offer "free dental".

I have said from the start YOU MUST BE YOURSELF. What I posted at the start of this thread is AN EXAMPLE and nothing more. It's represents who I am. No one else. Each person should be coming up with their own stories, games and jokes. I'm saying men should PUT MORE OF THEMSELVES into their messages to women. Say more than "hi I'm texasscoundrel. Would you like to chat sometime?" Be unique and original. Allow your true self to shine in your messages. Be creative.

DON'T DO WHAT I DO word for word. It won't work for you because you aren't me. You have to be yourself and you are more than enough.

Are the men here just not creative enough to come up with fun, humorous messages? I think they are. I've seen many posts by men in these forums that made me smile.

If 95% of the women you send a message to don't like it so what? The other 5% will LOVE it. It's like a test to see who your likely to have a connection with. Get it?

If I tell a joke: If you do the math correctly Xmas and Halloween fall on the same day because dec 25 = oct 31.

Most people won't get that joke. It's a math geek joke and if you haven't studied higher math it's just not for you. Others will understand and just not think it's funny. But some, like myself, think it's very funny. I'm looking for the woman that gets it and thinks it's funny.

I have said many, many times in this and other threads, if you think this can help you give it a try. If not, don't.

Ok KC, You're not looking for anyone. How about you tell us what worked for you in the past. I assume you've had sex with a real live woman at least once. You must remember it.

I've just been reading back through this thread and by my count 12 different women posted. I may be wrong because some of you have something other than your face as an avatar.

Six different women said they prefer this type of messages to what men usually send them.

Three said they did not like this approach.

Three either didn't say or were too vague for me to call either way. I think it's fair to call them as maybes. Or throw them out all together.

Either way it looks like a man would be about 100% more likely to get a phone number and meet up using this approach than what the average man sends.

LOL This op's premis makes me think of the ditty "Those who can't teach." If you are such a rageing success at the Dateing mateing scenario then why are you here? "Players and clowns might be good for a laugh but how many women really take that for anything more than Grins and giggles? Kind of a consider the source thing.

I like the idea and have done it in the past. The problem with this is for me. They expect you to be this way with them all the time. If your not, a lot of women lose interest real quick. Actually, I don't even consider a women a women if she can't enjoy life with out having to be pleased all the time.

Everyone is aware of the ups and downs in life, but are you telling me you don't have a sense of humor at all, unless it's forced? It really is the little things that count, even after meeting a person. A quirky attitude, a sly sense of humor, it doesn't have to be 100% of the day, but can come as a funny surprise.

When summer comes around, mom and dad still chase each other around with the hoses.

Yeah, who'd want to live with Robin Williams if he was on all the time?

KC, did you ever share your approach with everyone? I'm interested in hearing what works for you. What I liked about TS' approach was that it was different. It added a bit of humor. It wasn't the same old "hi, what's up" kind of approach that 90% of men use. Most guys send emails that sound just like most other guys' emails. I don't care if guys follow this example or not, but I'd love to see something a little bit different for once.

Right now, all you're doing is coming off as a cranky, unhappy person. Instead of being that way, why not share what works for you? Perhaps it will help others.

no i haven't, i am not actively seeking dates. i will share with you this, when i am interested in someone i never follow a formula or a patterned agenda. i rely on being honest and being me.

Since when is having a sense of humor not being honest? Obviously, if someone cannot pull off being funny, then starting a conversation with something like the OP's suggestion is not for them. Perhaps you don't have a sense of humor and that's what's bothering you? Not sure, as I know nothing about you, other than you seem to be getting mad in this thread. Lighten up a little.
