I would have to say Knowledge will always out stand ignorance. For to be blind to a situation,,,is to just be unknowable that it could be one..

Knowledge is always power.....But,,,,,,,,,,when referring to what one has done in the past at times what is in the past should be left in the past. Why drudge up the past most the time when one does that it is not to gain knowledge on the person but to use it against them later............ Sooooooooooooooo at times ignorance is bliss............JMO

Ignorance or the unknown? Unknown is scary, but dragging around the past will only wear you down. I would rather not know and learn, then think I do know and regret.

Thanks for the replys but maybe I should explain more I am in a messed up situation long story short my ex who I had my two children and still lives with me is with my best friend with my blessing that part I am fine with the part I am not is the she comes to me and he comes to me about everything and it gets fraustratin

that is when you hold your boundaries and don't let them cross it. You don't want to be in the middle, so tell them that.

But if he is with her in heart and you both are not still sleeping together, then I would do as Yellowrose said,,,just tell them YOUR NOT going to SPLIT friendships with which one is right or wrong,,that shlt comes back to bite ya in the butt,,, Now if theirs more to this story then, you all three need to set down and get a grip on no hassles,,,,,and break away from ISSUES or EACH OTHER. I find, the older I get, the less I really know. Reality isn't always as I interpret it. Used to have all the answers. I just couldn't get them dam women to stay inside my perimeters. I dare some guy to tell a gal,"This relationship isn't a democracy!"

You gain no knowledge by knowing the inside problems of your ex and friends relationship. Sooooooooooo in that case ignorance is bliss no matter how ya look at it. And second best would be distance from both of them.....
