Ok I think what my little firecracker woman is saying is that he was convicted of molesting children (three girls) in 1990, when he got out he continued this action (or else still thought about it) because in 2002 he got arrested and convicted for possession of 5000 horrific pictures (not just kid porn) we are talking kid deaths. Got out in 2005 and has apparently been an alias for 7 years. That's why he is in jail again.
Personally I think there is much more to Keith Willis (there is no Lex) than we know. I don't feel one bit sorry for him either, because evidently he didn't change or he wouldn't be using an alias. |

The reason I am a moderator is because I love this site and the people who are on it (even when I might get annoyed)
Fact is....this can happen online and in real life. And that is only the ones that have gotten caught. It's impossible to do back ground checks on ever member (being a free site especially), there really isn't a way to make sure the info given is the correct info. I'm saddened and sickened by all of this. Even working with someone....you can get fooled. I'm very grateful that the admins took such swift action as soon as they found out. I know that there are sites out there that wouldn't have done anything about it...let alone make a public statement like this. As a mod...I have no problem getting a background check done on me but until now...that wasn't really an issue IMO Not everyone in life is bad. |

Lex entered a thread recently where he claimed to have written a book (fiction) on the topic. Come to find out he apparently didn't write a book about the topic at all! I thought at the time, Gee, he doesn't know much about it for someone who wrote a book on the subject. Hindsight is always 20/20.
Just a random thought about people not being who they say they are. Not registering his aliases is a felony. There are reasons for this. The fact is, he is apparently committing felonies NOW. Considering his past crimes, I don't think he deserves any sympathy. |

After hearing about this situation this morning. I sat in awe as I read all the articles that had been done on Lex - Keith or who ever else he believed himself to be.
Even though he was a Mod here I never interacted with him much. It saddens me and pisses me off at the same time. To be so deceived by another... I have no pity for the man for what has happened...My heartaches for those that he ruined their lives with his sickness... We can not read your e-mails or see your personal information. Sure we can delete your nude pics you put up, edit or delete a post or thread.. Ohh and we can move them but beyond that our hands are tied. I've been a Moderator for this site since they started having Mods. I have heard many times where we are blamed for things that we have no control over.. But yet we remain! We do what we do in order to make this site one you can go to and enjoy. One you feel as if your at home and know that you can always find a friend to talk too. My thanks go out to Admin for addressing this issue and letting it's members voice their opinion as well. I do feel like this was a much needed step to take. Again thank you, you make me proud to be a Moderator for a site that does hear what their members have to say!  |

am i missing something? i understood the article was about him failing to register an alias name. he was convicted and was required to register (which he did), then he used an alias (which he failed to register). was he still committing sex crimes or was he picked up for failing to register an alias? There have been no accusations of him still committing the crimes, to my knowledge. He did molest three girls in 199_ (not sure on the year). He had pictures of tortured, raped and murdered children. His brother is also a pedophile and in 2002, the apartment they shared was full of toys and dolls for kids, including 100 barbie dolls (used to lure in kids). The article above says 5000 pictures, but the police complaint was for tens of thousands of pictures. His brother wrote a letter to "Chuck" (nobody knows who that is) stating that Pedophilia should be legal, so that pedophiles don't have to kill their victims. Wow! I've seen Lex (Keith I guess) on here for years and have read many of his posts. I would never have imagined this but I guess it goes to show you, you can't be too careful online. I even purchased and read one of his books he wrote.
I'd like to think that maybe he changed his ways after getting out of prison and used this alias as a way to start anew and write books, but then why would he lie about his age on here? What a creep! I'm glad this has been found out and dealt with here on mingle |

To think what he's been doing, how he has lied,and god-only-knows what he's been doing the whole time he was SAPPOSED to be registered, MAKES ME SICK!!! Im disgusted!! I never much cared for him, and never interacted much with him, THANK GOD! I knew there was something about him that didn't set right with me, but couldnt pinpoint it........but to hear THIS only makes me even MORE disgusted!! unbelievable............
