A circuit in the boxing gym i've went to since i was 8 years old. My old trainer, who still runs the club has an exercise plan set up for me which is a killer to do, but the benefits from it are amazing, to say the least.

Circuits are ideal for overfall fitness and stamina....my workout routine lasts 2 and a half hour of strength training & cardio....nobody at my gym trains that long i get many guys asking me what i'm on Lol

I enjoy doing squats. They really are a great exercise. I never used to do them because they looked silly.

My latest 2 favorite things to do are horizontal bicep curls and situps while my feet are on a balance ball. Otherwise I love my bootcamp where I learn all these great new things to try.

Something fun (to me) like hula or Rockin' Body. It doesn't feel like a workout.

I think this is the best one, alot of people focus mostly or only on the "showy "muscles, biceps chest ECT,but anyone that know about squats, know it's no joke,I used to avoid them alot lol,now whenever I try to get back into working out, squats and just legs are the main focus, ever squat until you puke or want to?I think squats are the best exercise by far, provided that you do um right of course!!!

My issue with squats is I have big enough thighs as it is. We do squats in my bootcamp...lots of squats and lunges using hand weights. And no, I have not done squats until I puked. But I had one instructor who was into crossfit and he pushed us to the point of puking. He'd just do this kind of 'heh' grunt and grin. Very evil. lol

i used to hate them but i do them everyday now....they develop explosive power in the entire body which you can feel while weight training or playing sport

Pilates....

No Pilates for me, girlfriend instructor tried to kill me with it, Bikram Yoga either burnt myself out on that. I prefer bicycle riding in the backwoods and even ride it to my gym. Use one of the new "Fat Tire" bikes, quite a bit more wind resistance with the 4 inch balloon tires and weighs over 50 lbs. It is a "beast"!

T-bar rows is another favourite. I did some for the first time in months the other day and the backs of my shoulders were sore for about four days afterwards. Free weights baby! For the mass!
