yes its true. The LA police department is opening up the case. This thing is not going to go away.. and it should not go away until the total truth is out.

We are talking about a possible serial rapist. The public has the right to know if they have one (regardless of the offenders age) living amongst them. That is why we have the sex offender laws in place. That is why they have to register when they move. That is why you can go on the web and plug in your zip code and find out who in your area is a sex offender. To allow you to protect your family from that person.

For some reason, his profession as a comic somehow changes some peoples perspective. It does not matter (and should never matter) who you are.. what color you are.. or what you do for a living. If a person committed these terrible acts upon women, they need to be held publically accountable for this and the victims need closure.

Short of murder... rape is the most serious of crimes.. a disgusting act. A serial rapist is a animal, who needs to be flushed out into the public.

If it was Bill Crosby the plumber.. there would not even be a thread on it. He would have been locked up long ago.

after a certain time, an accusation is just HEARSAY,, there is very little EVIDENCE that can back the claim up,, particularly if there were only TWO people present,,,,


I believe there is no 'right' or magic number,, just like there isn't a magic age where people become mature

but just as the law settled on 18 to determine legal status(though I would prefer it be set by the later of 18 or when one has been out of high school at least two years)

it has settled on 7 years to charge someone with a rape

and that's is a lot of years to just sit on it,, and every year that passes makes it impossible to prove any longer,,

it will be interesting to see where the final tally of women actually stop.. and the date stamps as well.
