Oh, and as a postscript to my last posting: If the last months of Obama's presidency showed that we were heading for recession, the resulting recession, even though it happened during Trump's presidency, could not be blamed on Trump. It is the way it goes. For example, some Dems say that there were TWO Bush recessions, one the beginning of his term, one near the end. That is not a valid statement. The market was cooling after the dot-com bubble burst, and a lot of money was taken off the table, by many means. Mostly it was people who didn't understand the market, and who should not have been in the market, buying stocks they disn't research because of "Fear of missing out" Clinton's previous Laziez faire (somebody correct my spelling) approach to the market during the bulk of his term was not a correct approach at the end. Lots of things like e-trading were also new, so it was a bit of uncharted water. In any case, W inherited a tough economy which was not his doing. If the Democratic party tried to remove Trump. I do believe the Republicans will step up and fight it If they lost, another Republican will take over POTUS. Democrats will have to begin another. fight to get him out. If the Democrats try to undo the will of the people then the people will revolt and take our country back. |

Basha, thanks for the Wiki URL. "such other body as Congress may by law provide" This portion of the amendment has never been used in its 51 years. If the "body" named by Congress can demonstrate that the President is irrational, the President can be removed. What you are detailing is the "temporary transfer of powers" that has been used numerous times in the 51 years, such as when a president goes under anesthesia. I believe since Sept 11, the "Cabinet member in the undisclosed location" during the State of the Union is done in accordance to both Article II and the 25 Amendment Hey, they are even reporting on FoxNews that Trump doesn't have the "temperament" to perform the job, and if it is coming from the Republican mouthpiece Fox News (video on another thread), that sounds like the Republicans might be lining up to call in the relief pitcher. Some Reps might see this as a less disruptive move than going through impeachment Or you need a majority of the President's cabinet including the Vice-President. The leaks I am guessing were either Pence or Sessions. If they are Pence it could really mean trouble for President Trump. If they did try to remove him it would cause a major constitutional crisis trying to remove a rightfully elected President, it wouldn't fly with the voters and would backfire on the Democrats. |

Kaepernick did not hold those beliefs prior to 2015, I know I escorted him around for a year when he was at UNR. It was only when he started dating a woman with deep ties to the Anti American, Anti Democracy, terrorist organization the Muslim Brotherhood that he got these views. This insane woman got him to change many aspects of his life including getting him to become Vegan. I find it funny that he starts pulling this kneeling crap after they were dating for a few months. According to what I just read, in addition to his apparel and shoes contract with Nike they also just cut him a big check to be in this marketing program So it would appear he is making a profit on his protesting Ironic isn't it? He is profiting off of supposed oppression. He has become what he has been supposedly protesting! He led a really oppressed life living in a million dollar home with a white family and had the best schooling in the country. Only because. It was reported children were being mistreated. In one of these compounds. I believe they are on Private properties. Even US citizens have complained of this in different states . US/, Washington better wise up and go after these people forming the componds. Because they are coming for Americans. That is the Crime. stealing is a crime too, but if a parent puts an object in their kids stroller, do we treat that child as the criminal? marriage licenses have age limits, if an adult forges a birth certificate to marry a minor, do we treat both equally 'criminal'? no. children have no say when their families bring them, they have no culpability, they should not be treated the same as the adult. all situations are not the same, crime or no crime. Crime has levels of intent that impact the repurcussion. Immigration should be no different. BTW, no if the parents conceals in the stroller the parent will b getting arrested. |
