yeah.. cats had the place closed down.. glad you were able to open'er up again.. got busted with the cats till I cleared things up and they let me out dumb azzed cats

I'm with Txs - a visa gift card might be the best thing you can get her.. I realize it may seem a lil impersonal.. but like you said.. she has everything and is retired so.. best to give her something she can make up her own mind on.. perfume is kinda personal and no doubt others will have thought of it.. so I'd strongly advise the Visa Gift Card!
I'd suggest adding a note to the b-day card.. maybe along the lines of "I wanted to get you something that you'd really like, but thought you'd be the best person to choose it!"

I know.. BORE-ring.. but my water system needs a complete overhaul and I JUST spend a grand on a new jet pump..  next is the heater, the new eco toilet system and the reservoir tank so there goes my travel savings

had a GREAT long weekend.. 4 DAYS
and still not long enough
only 2 more ta go (including today of course) then back to le WEEKEND.. which will consist of preparing the OUTside for Winter.. although it's still HOT round these parts during the day.. the nights are improvin with cooler temps
anywho.. duty calls.. work oh well.. such is life huh
