I think I actually have a phobia that involves my bed. I have not slept in that bed since Christmas last year (That was the day my live in gf, left me for another man). It's April now and I need to make the step back into that bed. There have been times that I have tried but only last a few minutes and then go back to the couch or the living room floor.

I feel ridiculous, I'm not broken, but it's still hard to do simple everyday things sometimes...

So tonight I plan on breaking this, I am going to stay up til I cannot see straight, til I am thoroughly exhausted and then I'm going to try again... Is this sad or what?

Ya strange..........here is what you do!!! You get 2 pillows and put them beside you so it feels like a body...... I did this when I left my ex!!!

if you need a loaner bed.. i have a kingsize.. like babysteps.. first you sleep in my bed.. then.. eventualy back to yours...

I had the samething with my bed and while I did sleep in it I hated going to bed. Woke up one sunday morning I relized that this was our bed d'oh....Went out that day bought a brand new king size billow top bed and have not had any issues since

not sad, it has sentimental value, but to move on you gotta do.

I've done that too...after about a week, I was cured.
