My eyes are itchy and red and there's cigarette smoke stuck up my nose.. I keep sneezing all day today
I loved hanging out with two of my best friends last night cuz I miss them but their smoke is killing me, and they didn't even smoke near me... it was just stuck in their car and clothes! I've already asked them not to smoke around me and they keep it away from me for the most part... what more can I ask? 
Would you stop hanging around your friends if you were allergic to them? |

Nope..take some non drowsy allergy meds first!
 been told that works!

Good question, maybe try and see if they can quit smoking and if not just remind them again how much it bothers you.
But maybe you need some new friends if you can not hang around them because your allergic to there smoknig and all. |

Na, they're tryin. Just take some non-drowsy allergy pills like previously stated lol

I've quit hanging around my aquentices, that smoke i wouldn't quit hanging out with my friends because of smoke
i know after you go home you feal like you smoked a pack yourself

Would you stop hanging around your friends if you were allergic to them? I smoked and now I don't but i won't ask my friends not to just cause i don't now I won't lose my friends just cause they do. Don't go asking them to change, you knew when you quit they would still smoked |

Back when I smoked I was always stuffed up... I guess I built up some sort of tolerance to it with all the tar... who knows
All I know is it's driving me crazy now... can't stand the smell either... it sucks cuz I love my friends

Don't go asking them to change, you knew when you quit they would still smoked Actually I didn't know these friends back when I smoked. When I became friends with the guy, he wasn't a smoker.. then he met his now gf who's also my friend and she was a smoker.. so he started... ahh whatever.. this sucks

Would you stop hanging around your friends if you were allergic to them? No, I don't smoke, but my friends do. Sometimes it gets to me the next morning, I'll wake up with a stuffy nose and sore throat from all of the second hand smoke. Sometimes it takes a day or so to clear up, sometimes a week or so. I just deal with it, but that's just me.

treat them like the homeless, light them on fire.
Seriously, if you end a friendship because they smoke, that's like ending a friendship because they have a cell phone. Just don't huff your buddies, or wear nose plugs. |
