A fax that I got at work once. It said I had won an all expenses paid weekend trip for two (some restrictions apply) And every time it said "you and a guest" it said "some restrictions apply" Said something like, "you might be saying to yourself, Self? is this for real?" LOL The whole office thought that was a hoot.

I like to leave flowers or something meaningful along with a nice note or letter on the doorstep late at night so that when she walks out in the morning, she has a nice surprise to help welcome the morning.

My daughter was 2 months premature, and her baby shower was after she was born, my ex came at the end of it, and gave me a bigger diamond for my wedding band because our love had grown. He did it infront of about 35 women. An ex boyfriend after my ex and I spilt (we had dated twice before in high school and once after high school, so I had know him for 20 years) got into contact with me after his wife had passed and I was seperated, on our second date took me to the place where we had our first date ever. The car he had in high school he had sold to his nephew and was totally redone. 76 Chevelle, he borrowed it from him, took me to the same restaraunt, and then to this swimming place that everyone went to "park". It was really sweet.

A guy I dated saw a picture of the house his father had built that had burned down hanging in a restaurant and I went back the next day and made them sell it to me...had it put in a nicer frame and gave it to him for his Birthday two weeks later. The boy I liked in high school made a book of poems for me illustrated it with sketches of us doing things we used to do together. Not THAT! It's to date the most sentimental gift I've ever recieved from a guy.

What someone did:::: He drove me to Coco Beach to watch sunrise... with a picnic planned out .... then drove me to drive back to Clearwater to watch the sun set... amongst candles and and shells asking me to marry him... What I did:::: Researched his passed to find out who and where his father was (took 2 years) then flew him to Va. to the cemetery where his father laid to pay his respects.

I have never had the chance to really express my romantic side but i have taken my loved one to a candle lit dinner for her birthday
