What will make us feel younger at our age? ... I think that finding the perfect mate will do the trick. Give us someone to look forward to seeing every morning. Instead of looking at ourselves as a me... look at it as we! There is so much out there to see and do, other then growing old and being alone, and bored to death! What works with others that are over 50?

It's weird that even old unattractive and out of shape 50 - 60 year old men think of women the same age as not good enough even though some of us look better than they do. Most want younger women. Men have such high self esteem even when they themselves are less than perfect and that is why us not that bad looking older women feel like crap about ourselves. I have come to realize I don't need a man to find happiness because I have family and friends, my work and my dogs. I don't feel desperate to have a man in any way but wouldn't mind finding someone who is genuinely caring and interesting and someone who can handle being with one woman......oh......and an income....I don't want to be someones sugar momma. Until then I am perfectly fine with who I am and with being alone.

Look what the cat drug in....ME Had to be a smart azz. As far as this topic goes, I think just keeping active keeps us young. I still do all I have done before, some is a little slower & can't lift what I used to; but not to proud to ask for help. I am glad to see some new folks posting here. Welcome to all of you.

still a dreamer.....have to mostly agree with men who are far from picture perfect at their age.... Worse than that are the ones who seeking young Asian women....I guess they think they will keep better...longer shelf life That being said, to me knowing andtalking with people of all ages keeps ones mind fresh. I used to love going places with an 80+ woman. She was more fun and had a wonderful sense of humor. Age is far from the first thing I think of when being with men or women.

I think a lot of older men are starting to realize that younger women might boost their ego for a little while but basically most are just interested in a big bulge in their pants (from their wallet)

This is very interesting. I am finding that younge men are much more respectful and treat their women like a queen. I get hit on my much younger men....meaning...middle 30's up to 50. I find that very interesting. When I ask the reason for their interest in more mature women...they say...they are more fun, more understanding and not as materialistic. Just to show you ladies and men the other side of the coin.

I don't prefer younger women, I like coming here and flirting with women my own age, we are getting stereotyped again sage. All us old fogeys aren't that way
