Congress would not vote that in anyway because they are all sitting up on capital hill making a killing right now making that much and more because the majority of them probably own stock in oil!

Tax cuts are great so long as everyone agrees we can live without services. Everyone wants a tax cut but no one wants less policemen, firemen, et al. We should start by outsourcing less wars and building national debt, in my opinion. Then, let's see where we are on a tax basis. Either of these guys is a better start than we had 4 years ago when GWB II began its reign.
