I have met several men from these sites and it ultimately comes down to one thing...S-E-X! When we talk for the first few times, it's always the same thing, " I am different", "I'm not all about just sex"...My mama always told me..."if you can get a man through his 40s without several women and sex fetishes, you have it made"...I never want to tell that woman she is right! Is there any male out there that can prove that?

I know exactly what you mean ... I find the men I've chatted with online fall into 2 very distinct categories - either a) very respectful with very little flirting initially (they'd rather err on the side of caution) or b) very sexual, but constantly trying to convince you how they're 'not just about sex'
I like to flirt and banter with the opposite sex at appropriate times too, but it's a delicate balance when you're JUST beginning to learn about someone. The 'good ones' are gold and I'm honoured to have conversed with some true gentlemen at JSH ... here's to them!  (the perv's? well, they can get their own drinks on their way out! )

Wow, you have had a bad experience thusfar. Although sex would be an integral part of a relationship, it should not be the priority.
Many men are very wonderful, respectful people. I've had my share of the type to which you refer, but I am blessed that many are not as you describe. I've met some lovely men with deep hearts and sincere motives,plus want sex, which I am all for, too!!! |

Is there any male out there that can prove that? In my last marriage, we did just about everything one could think of, except well, things I'd only do in anger. The fact is, sex is one of the many important things in a healthy relationship. Having that cup of coffee ready just the way she likes it, (Sorry whisper I don't know how to make yours), thinking up nice things to surprise her with, being pleasantly surprised with a 4 course meal while I'm working, were only a few of the things I valued in that last marriage. When the coffee was perfect in the morning, I was sure to get some by evening, and I don't mean coffee.

I don't care to prove I don't like sex, because I damn sure do... it's one of the best parts of life to me and a wonderful way to share intimacy and love with a partner... and when I don't have a partner, I'm still very sexual and take care of it my self... lol
I understand there are many who can take or leave it and don't enjoy it like me... but I honestly think they are missing out my self! |

To the OP, why are you kissing the cam? Do you think that may have anything to do with your experiences? Based on my personal experience, the suggestiveness (or lack of it) in one's profile pic doesn't necessarily determine the type of 'innocent' or 'overt' responses that you will receive. I don't think my current 'photo' leaves me open to such questions as 'are you a sexual lady?' and 'where do you like to be touched?' within the first 4 minutes of IMing -- as I was subjected to yesterday, by someone who claimed he hadn't been with a woman in 3 yrs b/c he was so selective and respectful of women ... um, yeah. |
