Would you be concerned if everytime you saw your neighbor, he's peering through his window with binoculars? What would you do?

A few years ago I lived in a trailer and the woman in the trailer next door would walk around with no top on and she didnt close her blinds and I couldnt help but see it since her trailer was almost right up against mine I never said nothing to her about it though. She seemed to really like me
