hate is such a strong word, but I do however have alot of disgust for a few people.

Yes, and the hatred consumed me for 30 years and caused me so many problems in my life. I've since forgiven the person and my life has gotten a lot better because of doing that.

I don't think I hate anyone, but there are some I make an effort not to think about.

yes, my ex husbands wife but not for the reason you might think.. It's what she did to my children when their father died suddenly...I might forgive but I will never forget..

Yes, and it also consumed me. I cant say I have forgiven the person, but I no longer hate them. The only person that bothered was me, and I didnt like the feeling.

Sure at times but I figure why give them that much importance in the world and usually write them off pretty fast. Not worth the rotten feeling it gives me when I don't feel I deserve it. Since hate is usually fear I try to target the fear behind it and that usually turns around the feeling.

Two, Bush and God!! Sorry man. Have you lost a family member in the war? No! My Nephew made it home from Iraq in one piece. If he had died I think I would have started with his daddy and finished with GWB. Then Id be in prison. I have since forgiven God, but it took years after my mother died on my 12th birthday! |
