Circumstances: Reginald "Jamari" Smart was last seen wearing a tee
shirt, diaper, and black sandals. "Jamari" was last seen on Thursday,
June 21, 2007 with Larry E. Moore, a 39 year old black male. The suspect
was last seen driving a black 1999 Mercury Mountaineer with Tennessee
License Plate 728QLH. The vehicle was recovered around 5pm in the
Trinity Lane/Brick Church Pike area in Nashville. Two black males exited
the vehicle and fled the area on foot. The child was not seen with the
fleeing suspects or in the abandoned vehicle. If you have seen the child

Does that mean they have been found???

I would assume so Kater, as the alerts are no longer active within the
national registry. I do not know if they deactivate them after so long,
butI wouldnt think they would, do you?

Circumstances: The Corry Station of the Pennsylvania State Police is
searching for two children who were taken on June 22nd, 2007 from 22410
Little Cooley Road, Union City, Crawford County, Pennsylvania. The
abductor, Darrel Stull, may be armed with a pistol. Anyone with
information about this incident should immediately contact the police by
calling 911.

McCanns 'Not Thinking About Sightings'

Detectives in Malta are today investigating two fresh claimed sightings
on the island of missing Madeleine McCann.

Madeleine posterTwo more people have reported seeing the child on the
Mediterranean island.

But officers said their inquiries have so far come to nothing.

There have been 11 alleged sightings of Madeleine on Malta dating back
to May 27.

Some witnesses have said she was with a man, others with a woman.

One man took a picture of a child he believed to be Madeleine at a
parish feast in the central town of Zejtun on June 17.

On examination, though, it proved not to be her.

In a statement Maltese police said officers were checkling all the
reported sightings, although all have "so far yielded a negative
outcome.

"However, investigations are still actively in progress in order to shed
more light upon the reported sightings."

As an additional measure, officers have been stationed at ports to check
people leaving the country.


Balloons are releasedA spokeswoman for Madeleine's parents, Gerry and
Kate McCann, said they would not consider he alleged sightings in Malta
until any are officially confirmed.

She added: "There are lots of reports. If they got that emotionally
involved with each one, they wouldn't be able to concentrate on the
campaign."

Madeleine was snatched from her bed in her family's holiday flat in the
Portuguese resort of Praia da Luz on May 3.

Her parents have launched an international information drive to promote
awareness of her disappearance.

On Friday, green and yellow balloons were released in 50 countries to
mark the 50th day since her abduction.

Reports: Man Arrested For Madeleine Kidnapping

The Portuguese police have told Sky News that an Italian man and a Portuguese woman have been arrested in Spain for the suspected kidnapping of Madeleine McCann.
The website of the Spanish El Pais newspaper says the man was picked up in the port city of Algeciras in the south of the country near Gibraltar in the early hours of this morning.

Four-year-old MadeleineMadeleine disappeared from her family's holiday apartment in the seaside resort of Praia da Luz in Portugal on May 3.

Sky News producer, Gaynor Jesus, who is based in the town, said police had confirmed to her that there had been two arrests but that they would give no further details.

Madeleine's parents, Gerry and Kate McCann, have remained in Portugal as they continue the search for their daughter.

The couple said they would stay there until they are ready to return to Britain with the youngster.

They have been living in an apartment close to the holiday resort flat where Madeleine was snatched from her bed.


The McCannsBrian Kennedy, Madeleine's Uncle, told Sky news: "Our hopes have been raised several times by reported sightings.

"We're trying not to get our hopes up too much because they so frequently get dashed.

"We've been cautioned to be careful not to read too much into reports but it shows people haven't forgotten about Madeleine even if the reports come to nothing.

"We don't want people to become tired of the story and they don't seem to be - everybody's been very kind and supportive."

There have been a host of reports of possible sightings of Madeleine, most recently in Malta.

The police there said they have received eight fresh reports in the past few days from people claiming to have seen the four-year-old, from Rothley, Leicestershire.

The reports follow a wave of possible sightings of girls matching Madeleine's description across the island.

You know, as much as I hate SEEING all the people missing, I have to say I think its GREAT that there IS an AmberAlert on this site....wonderful!

It took us about two or three days to get Mike and Van to install it once we got together about it, lol. I posted the suggestin in feedback, mailed allmy friends abotu it, adnthey mailed all their friends, who mailed... well you get the idea lol. Anyway we flooded Mike and van witht he request for it, and lo and behold we now have an amber alert thread.
We had been using a general thread and trying to keep it near the top until this got approved.

Please keep inimnd too, that if you have amber alert information you are more than welcome to post it as well, as the person who "runs" this thread can not always post for it. If you are interested in it, I can get you the information so that you can have it linked into your hotmail messenger and it will alert you when any new information coems out. Just email me about it and I will be glad to help.
