please help me understand guys. i like this guy i am seeing he is sweet and cute we dated a couple of times before our second date he said he was looking for a one on one relationship after the second date he says we are just freinds he said before he wanted to be freinds but is that all he wants or is there hope for more should i be patient or continue to look i told him i would like to be his girlfreind he said in capital letters freinds but he had said before he wanted to take it slow am i hoping for somthing that will never be HELP!!!!!!!

Sorry, but all it tells me that he doesn't want to be your boyfriend, just a friend. You either get in peace with this or move on and forget about him if it hurts you to just to be a friend.

I think this is the standard statement when someone does not want to be in a relationship with you. I think they know that you will probably never become close friends.

anyone using the 'friends' routine walk away from I dont think thats fair....the whole point of dating is to get to know ppl enough to know if ya want a relationship with them. Sometimes u know after the first date, sometimes it takes a bit longer, but a date or 2 does not equal long term commitment imo. |
